cd C:\AndroidSDK\tools\ (or where ever your AndroidSDK is located but the \tools\ should be the same
adb remount
adb push bootanimation.zip /data/localDa steht zwar so geht es nur beim Cronos Rom, aber ich schätze wenn du die Ordner anpasst, dann sollte es hier auch so funktionieren.
Achja die Bootanimation muss im Tools Ordner liegen!
Und wenn die Bootanimation im Froyd Rom anders heisst, musst du glaube ich die neue genauso nennen.

P.S.: Gibbet eigentlich nen IRC Channel oder ähnliches von Android-Hilfe, für solche Fragen wäre was in der Richtung perfekt
