Die Kamera funktioniert aber nur mit einem "Trick". In der Regel sieht man beim start der Kamera nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm. Ein Foto machen und man sieht was die Kamera sieht

Ja sicher nur nicht vergessen das bis vor kurzem die Kamera garnicht ging

How to install ?

gibts jetzt eingetlich dazu ne funktionierende cam ??
Fotos machen kann ich, aber sobald man auf Video drück, hängt sich die cam auf

Die Anleitung von : Ace ICS camera solution (more photos and source) - xda-developers
verstehe ich garnicht

Die Anleitung ist auch zum implementieren da. Wenn nicht am source code arbeitest bringt die dir herzlich wenig.
