JellyNow is a rom made for HTC Desire. It's an Android 4.1, AOKP, based on the SuperTeam Base. JellyNow is more than a ROM, it's a project we are working on to get the new Android version running on HTC Desire.

Installation:

    • All the wipes & Formats
    • Flash hboot with system> 220mb (Stock hboot)
    • Flash the .ZIP file
    • Flash Gapps 4.2
    • Reboot your mobile phone (It could take a while during the first startup)
    • Complete the start steps in Android 4.1
    • Wait till your mobile phone get stabilized and smooth
    • Once the firmware get stabilized, turn on A2SD script:
    • Open Terminal Emulator and enter:
      • su
      • a2sd install
      • y
      • n
      • y

Bugs

  • - Playing gamer the screen seems to be to much sensible
  • FC when trying to share the screenshot from the navigation bar
  • Youtube causes reboots
  • Video recording with frame loss and FC
  • Video is not showed properly
  • Notifies doesn't sound. Must to be forced in Volume settings
  • Battery icon clipped
  • Icons in notify bar showed in the middle (in the upper right side)
  • If you set the unlock pattern, the text for emergency call and 'Do you forget the pattern?' aren't showed.
  • LED blinking. Green color in Whatsapp doesn't work.
  • Unlocj with menu button seems to have problems
  • When tou try to use the stock keyboard with swype, letter N is ignored.
  • Compatibility with other cameras
  • Editting pictures inside gallery is not possible (yet)
  • GoogleNow needs to be uninstalled and installed again from PlayStore
  • It's necessary to update the voice synthesizer (accessing to settings the new packages are downloaded)

Ist wirklich ne geniale Rom, ich merke kaum Geschwindigkeitsunterschiede zu meinem Nexus :D , Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Ulixes für den Tip und Dexxter fürs einstellen.
Auf Youtube gibts ein Video welches durch die Installation führt, ist zwar auf Spanisch aber man kanns trotzdem gut nachvollziehen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVwfBkN0JoA&feature=plcp

Hi,

ich bekomme immer den Fehler 7 bei der Installation der Rom.
Bei "Creating Symlink" stoppt der Prozess und er sagt das er Fehlgeschlagen ist.
"Symlink failed" in der ZIP-Datei.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hab die aktuellste Recovery 4ext Touch drauf,
Rom paar mal heruntergeladen,
mehrmals installiert.
Nicht funktioniert!

Könnt ihr mir helfen?

Hoffe doch sehr.

Hatte das Problem nicht. Und im xda thread ist auch nichts der gleichen auf getaucht.

Ich hatte den Fehler ebenfalls nicht, was ich mir vorstellen könnte ist das du die Signaturprüfung abschalten musst. In meinem Recovery unter others dann toggle signature verify. Dann noch mal versuchen, sollte funzen.

Status 7 kommt wenn irgendeine Partition zu klein ist. Stock hboot ist pflicht.

Seid auf die v5 gespannt, sie wird phänomenal!

Neeeiiiin, aber bis zu 30fps sagt alles. Das übertrifft sogar noch Sense Roms. Video und Cam sollen dann auch perfekt funzen. Das erstaunliche ist, das NICHTS von Evervolv ist. Dazu haben sie noch einen Projekt Butter Mod am laufen.
Der neue Kernel MUSS phänomenal sein! :)
 
Wenn das Problem mit dem Netzbetreiber gelöst ist,
werde ich auch mal wieder ein JB versuchen.
Dieses klinkt ja schon mal vielversprechend.

Aber bei den XDAs habe ich gelesen, dass man auch
nach dem das Signal weg war, den Provider erst wieder
manuell eingeben muss und Bluetooth funktioniert
wohl auch noch nicht so richtig.

Wie mache ich das denn mit dem HBoot????

Habe schon ein paar Handys gemacht aber das brauchte ich bisher noch nicht. Wo und wie wird das gemacht?
 
Wenn Du S-On bist, hast Du den Stock hboot.

Das siehst Du im Bootloader 1. Zeile (Vol- und Power halten)
Wenn cm7r2 steht musst Du es auf stock hboot ändern.
Wenn S-On steht passt der hboot table.

Ich denke wenn du noch nie was daran geändert hast wird dein HBOOT Stock sein. Geh mal ins Bootmenü und poste was dort steht.

Sorry klar. Man kann ja auch mal helfen und nicht nur Hilfe annehmen :)

Habe mir einfach ein anderes HBoot installiert.

Einfach hier schauen: AlphaRev 1.8

ein wenig runter scrollen und dort das Bravo Stock HBoot installiert....

Datei PB99IMG_stock runterladen und auf die SD Karte (vorher noch umbenennen in PB99IMG). Dann Handy im HBoot Modus starten und das ganze installiert sich von alleine. Dann kann man das ROM installieren.

You can also download the corresponding PB99IMG zipfile, put it on your sdcard, and rename it to PB99IMG.zip. Then start the phone in HBOOT mode (VolDown+POWER) to flash the HBOOT without a PC. It is however still necessary to either restore your nandroid, or reflash your ROM after doing this. The partition LAYOUT has changed, the actual data still needs to be 'moved'.
