[ROM][2.3.1 GRH78] Amethyst RC5 : clean, stock, fast and smooth

Here is Amethyst, an open-source ROM built on Android 2.3.2 and latest Linux kernel 2.6.37

Thanks to benee for his marvellous kernel work !

- Implemented better WidgetPicker (thanks to CyanogenMod community)
- Added GTalk
- Fixed 2G/3G switch bug and other bugs
- Better graphics (at the end of the lists for example) (thanks to CyanogenMod community)
- Some improvements
- Headset icon in status bar (thanks to AdamG)

For A2SD, just wait because it's not my priority for now.

RC3:
- Customizable power widget (Thanks to CyanogenMod community)
- Power widget in status bar (not configurable yet, I apologize. it will be in the next release) (Thanks to CyanogenMod community)
- Menu wake-up and unlock
- Entry in Settings to set apps install location
- 56,1Mo

A flashable zip will come to enable A2SD, don't worry.

RC2:
- Ability to download any file type
- Ability to change User Agent
- Fixed Facebook sync

Known issues

You should wipe ALL if you come from another ROM
You should wipe cache if you update the ROM in a newer version.
