This Rom is based on CyanogenMod 9 Alfa by KalimochoAZ,
I have put together his work and some of the greatest devs work which i call Nexus MV.
You guys might be confused of CM7 based Nexus MV with this, that is why i used the "2.xx.xx" as an indication that this is the ICS.

2. wipe data cache
3. format /system
4. flash ROM zip file
