[Tool] All-in-One Tool von Condi - Sony Tablet S

Condi hat ein All-in-One Tool für das Sony Tablet S veröffentlicht, mit dem alle mir bekannten 'Tweak and Mod' Aktionen, mit nur einem Tool, ausgeführt werden können. Welche das sind, sieht man hier im Screenshot:

Die Bedienung ist wirklich kinderleicht. Angehangenes Archiv irgendwo auf dem Rechner entpacken und die darin enthaltene 'S.onyTablet.S.bat' starten, fertig.

Hinweis:
Es ist gut das S.onyTablet.S Tool nicht zu tief in der Directory Strukture abzulegen,
legt es am besten direkt auf 'C:\' oder in 'C:\S.onyTablet.S v2.8'

Auch eine sehr häufige Frage:
kernel build#10 ist momentan nicht root-bar !


[S.onyTablet.S features]:

1. Root device - doesn't need description.
2. Unroot device - this will delete su, busybox, superuser - all root things. Useful regarding warranty.
3. Region changer - !! yes! one-click region changer, also changes additional build.prop
   values, in order to get correct ota-update on current old-region firmware. Available 18 regions.
   Big THANK YOU to all the people, who helped, collection of regions is based on users values, in large part.
4. Run ADB Shell - runs adb shell - terminal from pc. Just handy.
5. Reboot device - just reboot.
   
   CUSTOM ROM AND FLASHING SUBMENU:
6. Create decrypted update.zip - boom1
   
   decrypt official OTA updates, and can make custom rom from it.
7. Add root, "rescue-backdoor", init.d to decrypted zip - boom2
   
   
   (in previous step it can be also made) - make custom rom with root and build.prop mod built-in.
   Now init.d also included! in v2.3 I've moved script into separate files\_custom_update_maker.bat - to be userfriendly,
   now you can make your own modifications, own custom rom based on AiO
   
8. Sign decrypted custom-update.zip - boom3
   
   signs modified update.
9. Disable recovery update.zip signature-check - boom4
   
   
   (before using sign your update) - WELCOME CUSTOM ROMS FLASHING!
   
   TWEAKS AND MODS SUBMENU:
10. Install "rescue-backdoor" - anti-bootloop protection, gives opportunity to reflash current firmware
    if something goes wrong with modifying system things.
11. Run OTA ZIP autodownloader - you've got to have "System Update" notification to use it.
    Make it if new OTA comes in, or after "rescue-backdoor".
12. Toggle OTA system updates and notifications - you can disable annoying update notifications
    (after "rescue-backoor"). Also enable back.
13. Install init.d support - just push your bash scripts to '/system/etc/init.d/' to get them autostart
    on device booting. Useful to get some modifications (for example other sdcard mounting).
14. Install gps-fix mod - changes gps.conf with modded version to get better and faster signal.
15. Fake as other device - fake your tab as one of four available (Acer A500, Motorola XOOM,
    Galaxy SII, Galaxy TAB) - to get more games/apps available in market
    
    To bring back original - run again.
16. [init.d] script] Increase SD/extSD read speeds. - adds init.d script which automatically on boot changes cache value,
    to get better read speeds (idea by obicom, solution by brainmaster - read more here, thx guys!
17. Add WiFi AD-HOC Support - As suggested - fully automatic adhoc enabler.
    Big thanks to zerod78 for the solution! To get back to original state - run again.
18. Install latest [modded] Google Play Store - changes Google Store App to one,
    which is modded to unlimited access to apps and with removed countries restriction.
    Big thanks to Deeco7 and Team ICEmods for the modded apks! To get back to stock app - run again.
19. Install latest PS Store app. - Downloads latest PS Store app from Sony, and installs it.
    Users who got problem with installing 'Account Manager' update from inside PS Store can use modded Google Play Store,
    from above, to install it without problems
    
    
    
    UPDATE CHECKER - new function, which checks on start (~2s) if there is a new version of ALLinONE!
    If there is new version - it automatically gets new versions url and downloads it! Always stay up to date
    
    
    This option can be turned off - if you want to disable it just make empty file called "_offupdates" in "files" directory

before flashing newest ota updates - many users received unrootable updates from s.ony.

blöde frage dazu wenn ich das tool nutzen möchte dann bekomme ich immer den auswurf your device is for now not rootable hat einer eine ahung woran das liegen kann? oder hab ich iwie eine fw version die nicht rootbar ist im moment?

Genau wie du vermutest. Die von dir momentan eingesetzte Firmware ist scheinbar nicht root-bar.
Würdest du bitte einmal deine genaue Firmware und Kernel Version angeben?
Besonders wichtig ist die Nummer, beim Kernel, die hinter 'build#' steht.

Mich würde auch interessieren, wann du das letzte Update eingespielt hast, um erkennen zu können, wann Sony die Lücke geschlossen hat.

Die Version 'integ-build@build5#1' sollte aber eigentlich root-bar sein.
Versuche doch bitte einmal die Version 1.0 des Tools.
Da war die Abfrage von Condi noch nicht implementiert.

Welche Fehlermeldung bekommst du bitte genau, wenn du versuchst mit der Version 1.0 zu rooten?

Das kann man so nicht sagen ... soweit mir bekannt, soll die Lücke ab der Build#8 geschlossen worden sein. Ich selber habe auch Build#5 und ich konnte problemlos rooten.

Beide Tool Version machen an sich das gleiche. Ab Version 1.1 hat Condi eine Abfrage mit eingebaut,die prüft ob die Lücke vorhanden ist und falls nicht die entsprechende Fehlermeldung ausgibt.

Mich wundert halt einfach, das das bei euch nicht gehen soll, mit der richtigen Build Version. Ihr könntet auch einmal versuchen, das rooten mit dem eigentlichen root Tool und nicht mit dem 'all in one' Tool durchzuführen. Irgendwo muss es ja einen Grund geben, warum es bei mir mit #5 geht und bei euch nicht. (als ich gerootet habe, gabs das aio noch nicht. Ich habe es mit dem ersten Root Tool gemacht)

Allerdings weis ich nicht ob sich nach dem Root und OTA laden + Update-Meldung unterdrücken, irgend etwas an den Nummerm ändert? evtl. weis hier dazu einer mehr?

Ich würde mit "adb devices" nochmal checken ob ADB auch richtig installiert ist. Oder ist das schon geschehen?

war das die Ursprungsversion (3.2.1R2) unter der du gerootest hast, oder kam vielleicht danach noch ein FW update? Wenn das bei dir wirklich mit #9 und 3.2.1R2 ging, dann bin ich jetzt endgültig verwirrt.

Also ich hatte mein Tab damals direkt geupdatet. Allerdings war mein Tab Anfang Januar auch beim Reparatur-Service von Sony - Ob die was an der FW dann nochmal gemacht haben weis ich nicht. Habe damals noch nicht so wirklich auf die ganzen Nummern geachtet (hätte ich wohl tuen sollen). Und dann kam mir ja noch die Frage auf, ob sich nach dem root, dem abgesicher und geblocke, was an den Nummern geändert hat.

Die oben genannten Versions-Nummern sind die, die ich jetzt unter den Sysinfos sehe!

Teamviewer habe ich auf meinem Rechner und auch auf meinem Tablet drauf...

Wär klasse wenn du das hinbekommst, vllt. hab ich auch immer nur einen Denkfehler drin oder ich stell mich einfach zu blöd an

endlich geschafft, mein Tablet ist endlich gerootet

Also, bei mir lag der ganze Stress an meiner Firewall, die hat mich patu nicht SDK installieren lassen können.
Hatte sie jetzt komplett deaktiviert und siehe da es funktioniert.
Das All in One - Tool v.1.1 hat bei mir funktioniert, keinerlei Fehlermeldung.

Danke an Obicom das er uns hier mit den wichtigsten Tipps, News und Tools zum Thema "Rooten vom Tablet S" von den XDA´s versorgt und zu jederzeit sehr Hilfsbereit ist.

Wenn ich das Tool von Condi benutze muss ich vorher SDK installiert haben? Habe ich das irgendwo überlesen? *confused*
Und falls beim Rooten etwas schief geht, wie spiele ich das Backup wieder ein? ("Sollte es nun zu einem Brick kommen, könnt ihr einfach ins Recovery gehen und dort "Install update.zip" auswählen.") Was ist das "Recovery" ? (noch mehr confused)

1.) Ja, SDK oder ein vergleichbares Konstrukt um adb Support, bzw. die nötige Treiberunterstützung zu erhalten.

2.)Wenn beim rooten etwas schief geht, hast du verloren, denn auch für die 'Brick protection' benötigst du root. Wie das mit der Boot Loop und Brick Protection (Bitte vor dem rooten lesen) geht, kannst du hier im Sticky Thread nachlesen.

3.)Das Recovery ist ein spezielles Menü, das du nur durch eine Tastenkombination beim booten des Tablets erreichst. Ist aber auch schon tausendmal erklärt worden.

P.S.: Dieses Forum hat eine ausgezeichnete Such-Funktion

2) Kann denn das rooten an sich zu irgendwelchen Problemen führen? Denn wenn ich den Artikel vor dem rootel lesen soll, aber mich erst mit root schützen kann, wäre es für mich interessant zu wissen, wie hoch das Risiko ist, wenn ich nur roote.
3) Klar, wie ich da reinkomme hatte ich gelesen (ich habe das komplette XDA-Forum zum Tablet S mitgelesen (auch wenn ich von der technischen Seite her nicht alles/ wenig verstanden habe)), aber wie muss ich mir das vorstellen? Ich hänge in einem Boot loop. Also gehe ich ins Recovery-Menü und wähle die Datei aus und fertig?
