Hello for everyone,
Im very very sorry that i write in English because its german forum, but i think you would not understand my writing but i try both.
So recently i bought a phone from Saturn for my wife, it was motorola motoluxe, and i am very sad, phone keeps crashing often, time stucks, for example the alarm clock daesnt start because 6 o clock in the morning it shows that its still 00:13 or something. i own a galaxy s phone, and have never had any issues with so, i have rooted my phone, and mayde every kind of customisation i can, i really believe that it software foult, but it seems that motorola doesn't care really. Could you please be so kind and explain the rules in Germany,
if i would go to Saturn, and say all my troubles which happens ones or twice a day, would they exchange it with other model, or replace it. i would also be interested in this phone modifications, but i looks so unpopular not so much developement for it. we bought this phone at June. So im not sure what to do, we updated it to latest update but the problems keeps coming, does anybody else of you having something similar.
So to show respect to language i really like(German) but I am learning it now just for 6 months so im not really able to express my self so gut, ill try to write with my knowledge auf deutsch auh.

So und jetzt jeden tag wir haben Probleme mit diesem Handy. Uhr ist stoppen so oft, und wir müssen neue starten, dann oft sie spricht mit mir, oder schreibt ein SMS und Handy einfriert und auch neue starten. ich habe gekauft er aus laden Saturn. und jetzt ich möchte fragen sie, vielleicht sie haben das gleiche Probleme. und wissen wir kann ich dieses fixieren.
ich habe Samsung galaxy S. und hat gemacht viele Modifikation. und vielleicht es ist eine Software Fehler. Entschuldigung für meine schlechte Deutsche Sprache, ich lerne alles und dann spreche mit alles auf deutsch.
Wenn es ist night möglicht vielleicht können sie bitte sagen was ist am besten. Wie muss ich erklieren für Saturn alles. Und vielleicht Handy verwechseln
