Wozu hast du das OnlineTUT genutzt? Hier steht doch alles was du machen musst drin! Es bedarf keiner speziellen Installation oder Anpassung.
Wo liegt dein Problem mit dem Forwarder?
du musst doch nur adb forward tcp:41927 tcp:41927 eingeben. Das natürlich vor dem start den VPNs.

Yout script work only with Windows. My solution works with Windows, MacOS and Linux. For Azilink root is not required.

My script does exactly what it promises: is a true internet sharing solution, quick to use and configure.

Getting it working on linux is just matter of patching the usbnet drivers, i think pretty easy job for a skilled C programmer (so any help is welcome ).

Azilink, on the other hand, is a good workaround useful when the straight solution is not suitable, but is newbie unfriendly, and hideous to configure

Maybe someone could get in contact with upstream usbnet coders so anybody can benefit from potential USB network connections (e.g. for Moto Phone Portal) to the milestone.

I think that (as usual for motorola) they are using a slightly non standard version of the CDC_ether protocol, if I'm not wrong, getting the usb-lan card recognized should be relatively easy.

But I'm not a kernel hacker nor a programmer at all so i Hope that someone more skilled will take a look on this.
