Installation Instructions for Omega Kit Kat:

READ BEFORE FLASHING:
The new Omega is based on the Samsung Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat firmware and needs the new bootloader to work.
This mean the knox will be triggered and your warranty will be void, more info:*
All you wanted to know about KNOX Void Warranty 0×1
If you flash Samsung's based Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat firmware there is no way to go back to Jelly Bean

Installation:
1. Backup your device (nadroid backup, titanium backup, efs backup ... etc) and save the backup to a safe place.
2. Flash the new bootloder and modems with odin
Bootloader ->*BL_I9505XXUFNAD_481100_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_C ERT.tar.md5
If you already have the new Kit Kat bootloader there is no need to flash it again.
Modems XXUFNC9 ->*I9505XXUFNC9_GSM_LTE_Modems.tar
Power off device completely, then boot to download mode and flash bootloader (if needed) and modems with odin
Then boot to android and check if the new modem XXUFNC9 flashed ok (if wifi is not working is normal)
3. Boot to Recovery --recommended TWRP, get the latest version from here ->*http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/182--
and flash Omega and then boot to android.
You can flash without full wipe if you are coming from a previous Omega Kit Kat version, if not then flash with full wipe

Installation Instructions for Omega Jelly Bean:

2. Copy rom to your device
3. Flash modems (If you already have the correct modems, ignore this step):
Power Off your device completely
Wait a little and then power on device to download mode (Power button + Home button + Volume down button)
**If you are having the old bootloader flash*GSM_Modem_XXUEMJ5_and_LTE_Modem_XXUBMH1.tar*file with odin by selecting phone.
**If you are having the new bootloader flash*GSM_Modem_XXUEMJ5_and_LTE_Modem_XXUEMJ5.tar*file with odin by selecting phone.
Go to Settings and make sure that modems flashed ok
This step is necessary to be done correct because XXUEMJ5 LTE modem will break your sound on old Bootloader
4. Boot to recovery and flash Omega

Also ich bin ja auf dem S2 Dauer-Flasher.
Aber beim S4 werde ich jetzt erst mal ein paar Tage/Wochen mich erstmal mit der Stock,
evt bald gerootet vergnügen und warten bis sich die Customs ein bisschen stabilisieren.
Sind doch noch einige Fragen offen.

Mich erstaunt es auch das es bereits ein Custom Rom gibt, echt krass...
Hab mir Heute ein S4 geholt, vorher hatte ich ein Note 2 und noch vorher ein S3. Aber komischerweise habe ich nicht die Firmware XXUAMDE sondern XXUAMDF, liegt es an die Schweizerische Version oder habe ich ein neueren?
Seit etwa 2 Stunden versuche ich mich ach und krach das Omega FW darauf zu Bügeln, aber es will einfach nicht bei fehlenden Recovery Mod. Aber das S4 gibt es auch erst seit am 27.

Please read the following before flashing v2.0:

Installation Instructions (for odex and deodex version):

1. Flash TWRP Recovery, get it from here

2. Make sure your device is working as it should and that you are having LTE if your provider supports it. Boot to recovery and flash Omega.
DO NOT FORMAT SYSTEM FROM RECOVERY
again: DO NOT WIPE SYSTEM FROM RECOVERY

3. Boot to Download mode and flash XXUAMDN LTE modem with odin, select PDA and flash the modem
Get XXUAMDN LTE modem from here

csc:
csc is not included in rom, Omega rom will backup your csc and then restore it,
this way you will not loose your csc and all will work as it should with your device,like LTE, language, keyboard language, sms-mms, etc.

Issues and reports:
The odex version has no issues
The deodex version has one issue, NFC Payment is not working.
Please report is all is working ok, or if there are issues I missed.

Hatte bereits die 1.0 drauf. Habe gerade die deodexed Version geflasht (einfach drüber installiert, ohne wipe). Funktioniert bisher einwandfrei. Wichtig ist aber, wie in der Anleitung auch erwähnt, I9505_Omega_LTE_Modem_XXUAMDN.tar über Odin (als Phone) zu flashen. Sonst funktioniert Wlan nicht. LTE kann ich hier leider nicht testen ^^

Hey, hatte bisher das S3 mit omega Rom.. Geht das flashen beim s4 genau so einfach? So gut ist mein englisch nicht und da frage ich vorher dich lieber mal nach. Kurze Stichpunkte würden mir ggf schon reichen.
