* This is a system pull from my touchpad with everything working. If anything doesn't work please report so we can address them. This is slightly bloated but look at reverendkjr's YouTube video in post 2 for a how to uninstall. ()

If you are coming from vB2.9 deodex, you simply wipe cache and dalvik, flash and reboot.

If you are coming from Odex you have two options.

* Factory reset and wipe cache/dalvik, reboot recovery and flash rom. Preferred.
or
* Using root explorer app, goto system/app and delete the browser odex and terminal odex files then you can wipe cache/dalvik, reboot recovery, and flash ROM.

It's known that the system may reboot a couple times after you set it up. Let it settle in and the reboots should stop. It's still organizing the system some. If it continues, please report it.

This is smooth as butta.....

I suggest a complete full wipe/factory reset/wipe again, wipe it like it's got the runs...

Please, there are too many script changes to chance having a bad flash.

We decided to strip this down to the bare bones. Kept stock browser and replaced terminal. Total rom is 115k kb.

It is deodexed. There is no need for any lite versions because this is LITE... Its hitting 27.2 on SL Benchmark scores and it's fast. Don't count on QuadAdvance to get you accurate scores. It sucks. Half the time won't read the cpu and jump from 2100 to 2700 back to 2200 then back up.

Please check your data/time on the Touchpad if you factory reset. It won't connect correctly to routers or servers if it's off.

All of these are confirmed working thru logcat so we should see a much smoother boot, faster ROM, faster memory, faster internet and more.

Installation:
Analog CM7 (mit Novacom).
Einziger Unterschied: Das heruntergeladene File CM7-XRONifiedxxx.zip vorher umbenennen in update-CM7-XRONxxx.zip und im Schritt 2 des Tutorials verwenden. (Auszug aus https://www.android-hilfe.de/forum/...-auf-dem-hp-touchpad.155303.html#post-2107667)
Dann weiter mit Schritt 1.

(Neuinstallation ab Version B2.2 - Option mit TWRP:
ACMEINSTALLER-version enthält diese Dateien:
- moboot_0.3.5.zip
- update-twrp-tenderloin-2.0.0RC0-signed.zip
- update-XRONified_versionXXX.zip
Diese drei Dateien in das Verzeichnis cminstall speichern. siehe Schritt 2.)


1. WebOS starten und per USB mit dem PC verbinden damit ihr auf das HP Touchpad Laufwerk zugreifen könnt

2. Auf dem Touchpad einen Ordner "cminstall" erstellen und die moboot_xxx.zip, update-cm-7-XRONxxxx.zip, und die update-cwm_**** in den neu erstellten Ordner kopieren

3. ACME Installer entpacken und die beiden Dateien auf den Desktop kopieren

4. Touchpad Verbindung am PC trennen - per unmount/auswerfen (Kabel zwischen PC und TP nicht ausstecken)

5. Novacom installieren, Benutzerdefinierte Installation wählen und weiter klicken bis das Programm installiert wird

6. Eingabekonsole (CMD im Suchfeld unter Start eingeben) öffnen und cd Desktop (Enter) und den Befehl:

novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller
eingeben, aber noch nicht ausführen

7. Touchpad neustarten und während des Bootvorgangs die "Lauter" Taste gedrückt halten, bis ein USB Symbol erscheint

8. Wieder zur Eingabekonsole (CMD) wechseln und Enter drücken

Wenn die Verbindung vom PC zum Touchpad steht sollte nun für einen Augenblick das HP Logo auf dem TP zu sehen sein. Danach erscheinen zwei schöne Pinguine oben links in der Ecke und die Installation inkl. Partition beginnt. Den Fortschritt und die einzelnen Aktionen könnt ihr auf dem TP Bildschirm mit verfolgen.

Update von bestehender Installation:
1) Herunterladen der letzten ROM-version.
2) Falls bereits CM7 oder XRONified installiert ist, die zip-Datei in das Root-Verzeichnis des Touchpads speichern.
3) in das Recovery Menu booten.
4) Wipe cache UND dalvik cache (ist unter advanced menu option)
5) Flash zip.
(Wichtig: Falls CM7 installiert war, muss wipe factory reset/cache/dalvik zuerst durchgeführt sein)

WICHTIG für Version 2.9B:
* Factory reset und dann nochmal!
* wipe dalvik and cache and dann nochmal!
* restart in recovery, um das Rom zu flashen. Let the restart clear out misc crap.

P.S. Statt CWM wird TWRP immer öfter als besser empfohlen! Vorgehen zum Update ist gleich.

Alle unnötigen Anwendungen entfernt (gallery, email, gmail. Dafür quickpic und Dolphin HD Browser hinzugefügt, die als effizienter eingeschätzt werden). Flash 11.1 muss vom Market geladen werden. Ebenso ist auf die Tiny accurate Battery mod geändert worden.

Kann man später (wenn z.B.) die Alpha 4 von CM kommt einfach drüberflashen oder muss ich dann bei der "überarbeiteten Rom" bleiben?

Und "Sound is Working" kann man dann auch mit ausgeschaltenem Display Musik hören?

Bin ich der einzige, der das Problem hat, das der Flugmodus nicht aktiv bleibt? Leider verbraucht mein Touchpad deswegen etwas mehr strom, da ein Telefonsignal gesucht wird, bzw aktiv ist.

Flash doch mal CM7 XRON-ified Beta B1.1.0...
Vllt. ist dann der Fheler weg!

Leider hat ein update auf die B1.1.0 Version auch nichts gebracht. Es liegt wohl an einem Problem von CM7. Leider musst ich auch einen Datenverlust verzeichnen, meines Musik ordners, der auf einmal nicht mehr vorhanden war.

Leider bleibt der Flugmodus noch immer nicht aktiv

Grosses danke an die Entwickler ...endlich läuft mein wlan einwandrfrei und ich hab keine ständigen abbrüche mehr)).
Die beta läuft noch besser jetzt...

Läuft wirklich gut, das was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe.

Leider funktioniert, das mit den Kopfhörern immern noch nicht.
Kopfhörer rein, Lautsprecher gehen aus, aber an den Kopfhörern kommt nix an.
Versteh ich einfach nicht. (wipe/factory reset/ mehr kann man ja nicht machen.
Gibt noch ein Stellschraube, an der ich drehen kann?

Und die Standard App lassen sich nicht deinstallieren....

Nein, kannst gleich die Version nehmen. Updates beinhalten immer das ganze System, wenn es nur ein Patch oder Fix wäre, müsstest du erst die eigentliche Version installieren. Wenn du CM7 drauf hast, kannst du von dieser Rom einfach die letzte Version flashen.

Hallo Leute kann mir bitte jemand detaillierter erklären wie ich xron installiere. Ich habe mittels der hervorragender Anleitung das CM7 Alpha 3 installiert, sonst bin ich noch ein noob was CM angeht! Danke im voraus

Wurde bei der Alpha3 bleiben. XRON-ified ist eigentlich dasselbe, nur zugemüllt

Und mein TP startet sich ständig neu. Ist das bei euch ähnlich?

Ich bleibe auch bei der Alpha 3, habe die XRON jedoch gar nicht getestet. Vom Changelog und den enthaltenen Modifikationen für mich ehr uninteressant.

Neustarts kann es geben, auch ohne XRON, habe welche wenn das Tab automatisch ins Standby geht.

Stimmt schon. Viele sinnfreie Apps dabei, welche mit Titanium Backup wieder entfernt werden mussten. Umsteigen lohnt nicht!

Habe übrigens dann den gleichen Fehler. Vor dem schlafen, startet es ab und an neu!

Danke für die Infos! Werde bei Alpha 3 bleiben. Verstehe ich es richtig, dass vom Ablauf her die Installation genau so wie mit normalem CM7 abläuft? Nur zu meinem Verständnis.

Nein bissl anders, du musst in ClockworkMod Recovery booten und dann erst mal wipen, also auf "wipe data/factory reset", dann die *.zip flashen und dann im Menüpunkt "advanced" noch den Dalvik Cache wipen. Dadurch wird dein TP erst auf Werkseinstellungen gesetzt, deine persönlichen Einstellungen gehen dabei verloren, dann eben die neue Version installiert und noch der Cache geleert. Bei einem CM7 update musst du das nicht machen, kannst gleich die Zip flashen, deine Einstellungen bleiben dabei erhalten.
