Hat sich erledigt, es startet wieder mit der Erstinstallation, nachdem ich den Vorgang noch einmal komplett durchgeführt habe.
Ich hab beim rooten Mist gemacht (versehentlich eine veraltete Anleitung genommen und hänge jetzt
nach folgendem Vorgang:
Ich komme nur noch in den fastboot mode. Nach obiger Anleitung bekomme ich schon beim 1. Befehl folgenden Fehler:
d:\Download\Moto X\root\mfastboot-v2>mfastboot flash partition g:\gpt.bin
target max-sparse-size: 256MB
sending 'partition' (32 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.009s]
writing 'partition'...
(bootloader) Preflash validation failed
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.083s
und das gleiche beim boot motoboot.img
die ganzen 10 sparse.x files und alles andere funktioniert ohne Fehler, doch bootet weiterhin das falsche mit " fastboot boot pure2014sb.img" geladene img
Ich gehe mal davon aus, das ich nichts mehr retten/wiederherstellen kann und möchte einfach nur das Originale 6.0 Image installieren
Bootloader ist natürlich unlocked

Root MotoX 2014 Pure Edition with Superboot
Having taken care of the prerequisites mentioned above, you can now proceed to root your Moto X 2014. Just follow the steps given below.
Extract the pure2014sb.zip file and copy the pure2014sb.img file into the platform-tools folder (in case you have Android SDK installed) or copy the files into the mfastboot v2 folder.
While the folder with ADB and fastboot files is open, right-click on an empty space and select “Open command window here” option to launch a cmd.
Connect your Moto X 2014 to computer using a USB cable.
Now type the following command in the cmd window and press the Enter key:
adb reboot bootloader
Your phone will reboot into the Fastboot mode.
Then issue the following command:
fastboot boot pure2014sb.imgd:\Download\Moto X\root\mfastboot-v2>mfastboot flash partition g:\gpt.bin
