ich wollte hier mal einen neuen Thread aufmachen, ich hoffe im richtigen Bereich, da hier auch andere custom Kernel gepostet sind. Der Kernel ist leider nur nebenbei in nem andren Thread erwähnt, da dachte ich, ich eröffne mal die "kitkat custom kernel ecke"

Simple Kernel V 4.0
For 4.4.2 stock based roms and stock variants
- Based on Stock LG 4.4.2 Kernel
- Thermal control (Franco)
- Mpdecision replacement (Franco Mako Hotplug)
- A single, well tuned interactive governor based on CAF source, not bloated with tons of govs. Still contains performance gov for users who need it
- Tuned frequency control, cores will not max, boost or turn on unless needed. This saves battery without losing performance,
- CAF touch boost driver (Will ensure cores do not go crazy when touching screen like stock)
- Voltage Control
- Can choose to download a version that supports overclocking (See FAQ)
- All modules built in, no modules folder. Slimed down kernel size. Junk Removed.
- Motorola memory optimizations
- Many improvements

FAQ
Can you add "x" governor?
I will not add additional governors. The goal of this kernel is a simple, fast smooth kernel with one well tuned governor that works as intended. There is no advantage for me to add additional governors to my kernel, only downsides.
Why are 2 cores online all the time?
The hotplug I am using uses 2 cores online. Leaving 2 cores online while the screen is on is more efficient on both battery and performance rather than having the second core hotplugging nonstop.
Why is there an OC and non OC version?
Many people don't know this, but even using an overclocking compatible kernel ups the Vcore on your CPU whether you actually increased the frequencies or not. (Vcore is the amount of power supplied to the CPU) This increases the heat of the phone by a bit. The extra voltage is needed for the CPU to stay stable if the user overclocks. The only way to drop this extra voltage to the CPU is by making a version not capable of overclocking. If you have no intention of overclocking, download the non OC version.
