[KERNEL][KK] franco.Kernel r63

r63 ist in Vorbereitung:
Hi everyone. Sorry for the lack of engagement, I was a bit sick this past week for unknown reason! Let's get ready for r63, I've been working on it, doing some major cleanups yesterday (check my git) and changed to the latest 4.9 toolchain from Google which contains several improvements for ARM cross compiling compared to 4.7 which I've been using since the beginning. I still have clean ups to do, but hopefully something will be pushed today :)

Seit letztem Freitag war ich auf r62 und super zufrieden. Bis heute morgen. Auf einmal ging alle paar Minuten der Screen aus. Manchmal sogar während ich etwas schrieb. Hab das Backup vom Stock Kernel geflasht und jetzt läuft alles wieder normal...
Bin etwas verwundert, da der Kernel bis gestern Abend 1A lief und ich hab nichts verändert seit dem... Komisch.
 
Benutzt du ein Case? Das hatte bei mir mal sowas verursacht. Ein kernel Problem wirds wohl kaum sein
 
Ja, nutze ein Case. Sehe aber gerade den Zusammenhang nicht...

Edit: und außerdem bin ich wieder zurück zum Stock Kernel und das Problem ist bisher nicht mehr aufgetreten. Am Case hab ich nichts geändert.
Ich denke, dass es doch ein Kernel Problem war.

Wenn das case auf den ein-/ausknopf drückt, meint er vermutlich, hatte ich bei meinem S2 damals auch
 
Hey, sorry hatte den Teil mit dem stock kernel überlesen. Sonst hätte ich die Case Frage gelassen ^^
Trotzdem, ein Kernel Problem welches plötzlich nach längerer Nutzung auftritt? Und dann noch eins, welches sonst nicht gemeldet wird... Sehr merkwürdig...
 
Genau das verstehe ich halt auch nicht... Hab nix geändert und heute morgen diese Probleme. Ist seit dem Flashen nicht mehr aufgetreten
 
Mag auch sein, dass das Problem durch nen Wipe beim Flashen beseitigt wurde und nicht durch den kernel Wechsel... Ohne log quasi unmöglich zu sagen...

Dagegen spricht allerdings, dass ich vor dem Stock den r63 geflasht hatte und dort das selbe Problem auftrat... Dann erst bin ich zurück auf Stock gegangen.
 
Wie gesagt, ohne log ohnehin egal ^^ Hauptsache du hast in Moment keine Probleme...
 
Bei xda gibt es den User vomer, welcher ziemlich gute Settings für den franco zur Verfügung stellt. Wer also selber nicht gerne herumtestet, kann sich seine Tweaks mal angucken:

R65 ist erschienen, allerdings nur für Android L!!!

R64 wurde übersprungen oder hab ich was verpasst? Dachte in r64 kommt usb-otg Support für KitKat
 
USB OTG ist doch schon seit jeher dabei, Stock verhalten mit Stickmount.
r64 existiert als Test IMG vom 17. Oktober, läuft einwandfrei.
 
Ich tippe mal, dass r64 (sobald final) der letzte KK Kernel sein wird und ab r65 dann für L...
