When I search the market for busybox (one word not two) I get two items

• Busybox
• Busybox Intaller

I've used busybox installer successfully so give that a shot. Also, for the how-to... it's about as straightforward as it gets... run it and it will tell you what version you have installed (if you have it installed) and the option to update or overwrite. If you're having issues I'd just install what it thinks is the latest and go with that even if your device says you have it installed.
