By our informations the phones are factory unlocked (unbranded).
If you have problems with the phone (like dust or water damage), you'll be able to demand warranty claim.

In Germany (and also in the whole EU) there is a warranty with 24 month from your seller. And there's a voluntary guarantee from the manufacturer (Motorola) for mostly 12 month. (I don't know the specialist term and variation between guarantee and warrenty in english).

And you need the credit card details (number, validity, approval number, etc.).
Or (If you have a residence in Germany) you can also choose "Nachnahme" (cash on delivery)!

Do you have one?
If yes, you have to select "Lieferung an die Rechnungsadresse", that means delivery to the address that you have given before in "Ihre persönlichen Daten".
