Gifs are what were found online or here at xda so credit goes where credits due for them, I've just made them compatible for our phone.

Here's the first 5 I've done and will add more as and when I get round to it.

BlueAndroid - Boot Without Flares - SE Clogs - Xperia - Xperia Peek

The default location for 2.1/2.2 is system/media, so just copy and paste over the original AFTER backing-up your original. My preferred method is using RootExplorer.
