Your setting applies only to the dock you are using—you can have different settings for different docks. You can also change your dock audio setting any time the phone is inserted in that dock, as described in “Sound & display settings” on page 300.

To play music
You can play music while the Clock is displayed. If you have a desktop dock accessory, the music is transmitted out the dock’s audio jack, so you can play music from the phone on a stereo, by using the stereo audio cable that is included with the dock.

eventuell kann man das in den Thread Nexus One Zubehör integrieren und diesen "festklammern" damit er immer oben erscheint - ist doch auch ein wichtiges Thema

Hi,
hab wie du vor ner Weile die Anleitung nach Infos über die Docking station durchsucht, weil ich mehr über die 3 Kontakte wissen wollte, bin auch nicht schlauer daraus geworden.
Hab noch paar Docs im Netz gefunden, sind im Anhang.
Die lassen mich schon sehr spekulieren, was da genau kommen soll.
Da man stereo Bluetooth hat und die Docking station mit der Anlage vernetzt ist, kann man die Heimanlage ohne Schwierigkeiten damit ansteuern und das Telefon im Bluetooth Funkbereich rumschleppen.
Die 3 Kontakte am Nexus kommen mir echt seltsam vor, vielleicht wird es ja wireless gecharged?

achso, die docking funktioniert als a2dp-streamingempfaenger, klingt sinnvoll. Schaun wir mal. Beim Auto dann vermutlich mit speziellem Mikrofon auch für Freisprechtelefonie. Wobei Autos heute ja auch Bluetooth können...

Ich hoffe, dass beim N1 freisprechen auch im Desktop-Dock möglich wird - beim Milestone geht das eher mittelmäßig.

Irgendwie muss da auch ein Datenaustausch über die Dock möglich sein. Vielleicht geht über die Pins ein serielles Signal...
