Du kannst es testen, ich hab es nur nach 2 Tagen wieder runtergehauen weil mir die Akkulaufzeit überhaupt nicht gereicht hat, wenn ich es viel nutze. Schön anzusehen ist miui ja, aber ich finde es läuft nicht so rund wie gewollt.

Miese Akkuleistung habe ich auch festgestellt. Habe gestern mal den Franco-Kernel drauf gemacht....bringt aber auch nix, habe ich den Eindruck.

Diesen nervenden "Text-to-speech"-PopUps und das es mit SIM-PIN nicht funktioniert, geht ja mal gar nicht. Browser geht nicht, peinlich...

Das nächste Update gucke ich mir mal an, aber dann kommts wieder runter.
Lahm ist es und diese China-Präsenz an allen Ecken sind ein weiteres NoGo.

Tja, gerad mal Update von der 3.6.28 auf die 3.7.5 gemacht: Beim Browser kommt weiterhin ein fc. Ansonsten mal sehen. Was die Akkuzeit betriffft kann ich die Kritik hier nicht nachvollziehen: Bei mir immer noch die 4.2.2 Rom mit der besten Akkulaufzeit

Clean Install der 3.7.26 (miui-germany) gemacht und auf's Restore des Nand-Backups verzichtet. Changelog ist ja durchaus umfangreich. Erster Eindruck wie gehabt:

Aber immerhin: Der Browser brachte beim ersten Aufruf zwar einen fc, lief dann aber anschließend. Und Wunder Oh Wunder, Waze läuft jetzt auch (bislang bei mir sofort abgestürzt).
Mal gucken, wie lange ich es diesmal drauf behalte

Nachtrag: Noch am selben Abend wieder runtergeschmissen (laggy bis zur Unbenutzbarkeit). Allmählich nervt es nur noch. Wenn man Glück hat, ist ne neue Version besser, anderenfalls ist sie z. T. (deutlich) schlechter als eine Version, die zwei oder drei Wochen zuvor rausgekommen ist.
Derjenige , der MIUI nutzen möchte, kann genausogut die V4 auf 4.1.2 Basis nutzen, die läuft doch keinesfalls langsamer und ist alltagstauglich.

Kann ich für die miui-germany roms nur bestätigen. Entwerder sind die nur im Winterschlaf oder im Urlaub.

Das man ein Rom offiziel erst 2 Tage nach Veröffentlichung in deutsch erscheinen lassen will klingt nicht gerade lebendiger Szene.Momentan hinken sie mal wieder hinterher und haben noch nichts aktuelles veröffentlich.

Da gelob ich mir doch die englische Gemeinde die es bereits nach Stunden veröffentlich und zwar in den wichtigsten Sprachen.

Hast du die aktuelle drauf? Ich habe bis dato immer einen riesen Bogen drum gemacht, weil die beiden Versionen die ich drauf hatte, mich echt abgeschreckt haben bezüglich performance und Akku.

Also ich habe jetzt die 3.8.2 multi lang drauf und kann nichts negatives feststellen. TTS habe ich Pico. Browser funktioniert Keine Abstürze, keine CTDs...

Akkulaufzeit scheint ok zu sein, muss ich nochmal nachschauen...

Sicherlich musste ich anfangs ein paar Sachen mehr umstellen, damit alles so lief, aber jetzt passt alles.

miui-germany kannste vergessen...

Um mich mal selber zu überzeugen das die Roms von Miui Germany an allen Ecken und Kanten ruckeln (lt. Wegelagerer) und so schlecht sind wie immer behauptet wird, habe ich mir heute mal die Version 3.8.9 von Miui-Germany herunter geladen und auf mein Nexus geflasht.


Aber was mußte ich zu meiner Überraschung feststellen. Die Rom ließ sich einwandfrei installieren und sämtliche meiner Apps laufen einwandfrei. Keine Abstürtze oder Fehlermeldungen.

Klar Miui v5 kann man von der Geschmeidigkeit nicht mit der Trex Rom vergleichen, aber von dem was ich als Otto-Normal User als Mitte dreißigjähriger empfinde ruckelt oder harkt da nix.

Zur Info:
Wenn ich sämtliche Tasks/Apps beende habe ich als Verfügbaren Speicher 210 MB frei.
Im Laufe des Tages ca 10 Stunden habe ich gerade mal 20% Akku verloren. Es wurden ein paar mal Fußballergebnisse nachgeschaut und ein paar Nachrichten mit WhatsApp versendet.
