Jetzt nach Pixel, Pixel XL, OnePlus3, ... endlich auch beim Nexus 6.

Ich denke auch die größeren GApps solten kein Problem sein.

Diese ROM kommt ohne Root, aber das installieren von SuperSU Download ist auch kein Problem.

In deutsch hab ich jetzt leider nichts erwähnenswertes gefunden, alles in englisch, z.B.:

Wie sieht denn hier die Update-Frequenz aus? Nightlies, weeklies, monthlies?

Ehrlich gesagt, nicht die geringste Ahnung. Nexus 6P und 5X sind glaub seit es PA in der Geschmacksrichtung Nougat gibt, also seit Ende Mai, dabei und da ist auch letzte Woche, also am 10.7., erst die zweite erschienen. Das wäre dann eine Update-Frequenz von 6 Wochen, ich denke aber die sind erst am Anfang. Es sollen wohl auch noch ein paar Geräte dazu kommen, eventuell schon bei der nächsten Runde, das Nexus 5 und das Z3, ich hoffe also das dass das Nächste in höchstens einem Monat kommt.

Ist vielleicht auch eher eine nostalgische Handlung aber nach ca. 8 Monaten musste mal wieder was neues probiert werden.
Nachdem, vor glaub gut zwei Jahren, viele von dem Team zu OnePlus gegangen sind sah es wohl recht tot aus, aber ich als alter Fan, glaub aus GB Zeiten, hab halt nie ganz die Hoffnung aufgeben.

O wirft ja auch schon seine Schatten, aber nach dem ganzen Theater mit Nougat, hab ich eigentlich vor erst mal bei einem stabilen Nougat zu bleiben und das scheint die hier zu sein, obwohl man nach gut zwei Tagen wohl noch nicht zu viel sagen kann.

Jo, ich bin auch Fan der ersten Stunde. Nexus 4 + 7 liefen lange auf PA... Bekomme in den nächsten Tagen mein N6 wieder. Vielleicht teste ich es dann mal.

Da gleich mal eine Frage, denen ihre Seite geht glaub nicht mehr als drei Jahre zurück, naja die ganz alten braucht wohl auch wirklich niemand mehr.

Also das Nexus 7 (2012) kam im Sommer 2012 raus und PA war glaube ich die erste ROM, die ich da drauf geflasht habe. Damals war PA aber auch noch unter der 'Leitung' eines deutschen Devs (Name vergessen). Die ganzen Artwork-Sachen hatte seine Schwester gezeichnet. Das ganze Konzept gefiel mir damals sehr gut, weil alles stimmig war und die ROM viele Innovationen hatte (Tablet-Modus fürs Handy, Pie, etc.). Irgendwann hat er das Projekt aufgegeben und andere Devs hatten sich dessen angenommen. Ab da war es dann auch für mich nicht mehr so interessant (von den ganzen Querelen und Pausen abgesehen).

Danke, bei mir ging es glaub mit ROM [STABLE JB 4.1.2] ParanoidAndroid los oder sogar noch etwas davor. Glaub fast das war PA2.54. OK genug in der Vergangenheit geschwelgt, schauen wir was die Zukunft bringt.

Moar personalization!

With this release we are introducing Launcher personalization options including icon customization and app labeling. Das letzte offizielle Nougat-Update von Paranoid Android wurde jetzt in Version 7.3.0 veröffentlicht.

Over the past month we have been busy getting our latest update ready. This build comes loaded with new features as well as improvements and many critical bug fixes.

Shake it like a Paranoid Picture: In this release, we are happy to introduce our new Paranoid Camera app. This will now be the default camera for all of our supported devices. This app introduces a beautiful new interface along with many fixes and improvements by our very own developer Grarak and designer Espen Flagtvedt Olsen. Bin mittlerweile von PureNexus auch auf PA gewechselt. Läuft nun nach einer Woche ohne Probleme bei mir. Akkuverbrauch ist gefühlt etwas schlechter als unter PureNexus. Dafür sind hier aber die September-Updates enthalten. Werde erst einmal hier bleiben, zumal mir die Kommunikation von Bean mit seinem PN mittlerweile nicht mehr wirklich gefällt.

Eigentlich sollte Version 7.3.0 von Paranoid Android die letzte Nougat-Version sein, die ausgerollt wird. Um aber eine letzte besonders stabile Versin zu haben, hat man sich gegen eine neue Hauptversion, die dann mit Android Oreo ausgestattet ist, entschieden und hat erneut eine Nougat-Version veröffentlicht.

We have been working on improving our new features from 7.3.0 and almost all of the bugs reported have been fixed. We're confident that this is a very stable release and are happy to push this as our final build. This will allow us to focus solely on Oreo and stabilising our infrastructure.

New wave of translations

As this is our last Nougat release, we are adding the final translations from Crowdin. In Oreo, we will also be including support for more languages.

Update: Hat sich erledigt, gefunden: Krexus 7.1 und Purenexus 7.1 Läuft

@SaschaKH Hallo, für ein Nexus 6 shamu suche ich dringend eine Android 7.x Version, bei Lienbeage gibt es nur noch 9 und 10 (also 16 und 17, die 14.1 wäre mir echt lieb), aber damit kann ich nix anfangen, es soll ein reines Navi-Handy werden, da stören die "Sicherheitsfeatures" bei allen Androiden > 7 extrem (Standort, Flugmodus etc alles nicht mehr per MacroDroid schaltbar).
Und wenn ich den Links hier folge, kriege ich auch kein Nougat mehr :-(( Hilfäää... Danke
