Hallo an alle ich habe mich hier angemeldet weil ich eine weitere möglichkeit gefunden habe das asus memopad 7hd 4.2.2 zu rooten...
betrifft das rooten nach dem neuen update auf 4.2.2...
Und so gehts.....
ladet euch einfach ROOTGenius
(ROOT Genius - Android Oneclick Root Tool) runter und installiert es auf euren pc
als nächstes verbindet euer memopad mit dem pc ( vorher usb debug anschalten) einfach in tablet einstellungen unter (Über das tablet) mehrere male auf die build nummer tippen um die entwickler optionen freizuschalten und dort dann usb debugging einzuschalten...
nachdem ihr das erledigt habt und euer tablet mit dem pc verbunden ist einfach ROOTGenius starten und auf den root button klicken dann werden die treiber installier und anschließend automatisch gerootet.
zum abschluss aus dem play store einfach root checker downloaden und prüfen
bei mir hat es auf anhieb funktioniert...

Next, connect your memopad with the pc (previously usb debug enable) just in tablet settings under (About the tablet) several times on the build number tap to unlock the developer options and there then usb debugging turn ...
after you have done this and your tablet pc connected with the easy start ROOTGenius and click on the root button then the driver INSTALLING and then automatically rooted.
Download for graduation from the store just play root checker and check
for me it worked at first attempt ...
