Hier mal ein Statement vom RR Team bei Facebook

Greetings to all RR users
First and foremost we would like to thank you all for being patient for the RR-Oreo release.

We , Team RR would like to announce that the wait is finally over .
Today we will be releasing first builds for RR-OS based on Android 8.1.0 .

A selected devices will get this build today (not all) because this has been a sudden release .It will take time for maintainers to apply and start maintaining to we request you to be a little more patient for that .
As maintainers know, they can apply to maintain for the device by making a pull request on our Settings app against your device name .

We apologize again for the delay for this version as Google rebased their entire trees when coming from 8.0 to 8.1.0 which would have cost us time anyways .

We sincerely thank you and hope you enjoy this build as it comes with a great ton of features and some large UI improvements in RR configurations and other fixes in code since RR 5.8.5.
Builds will be shipped rootless.
It's thhemable and supports OMS Oreo substratum themes .

Unfortunately there have been no translations for RR settings yet so translators can contribute at ResurrectionRemix — Translation Project on Crowdin

We hope you have a great weekend . Please follow proper flashing instructions and present a proper logcat on finding an issue .

Last and foremost we'd like to thank LineageOS as our rom is based on it . Also a HUGE thanks to all the open source Roms out there (there are too many to list) that have a large contribution to the features presented in RR .It could not have been possible without them.

If your device isn't showing , wait for your maintainer to upload the build . It's a kind request for users to refrain from asking for ETA of each device . It will come when it's ready

PS:

OnePlus 5 and 5T users please note
Use the latest twrp by codeworks and make sure you are on the latest open beta firmwares for each .
‎Make sure you backup your data because if your unencrypted , your data will possibly be needed to be wiped as the rom forces encryption
‎If you end up in a failed boot , again you have to either flash a no_verity zip or wipe your internal storage.

Maintainers please note
If your device has hardware keys then make sure you add this overlay in your device tree

So hab nun die neue RR drauf. Fehlen noch ein paar Funktionen (oder ich habe sie noch nicht gefunden) wie Ad Blocker und Wakelock Blocker (den gibs aber mit dem prime Kernel dazu), auch die Tasten unten leuchten nicht. Man kann sie bislang auch nur komplett aktivieren oder deaktivieren.
Ansonsten ziemlich flüssig, keine FCs bis jetzt, Substratum läuft auch.
Sobald es einen Xda Thread gibt werde ich hier auch einen auf machen.
Ach und Videos aufnehmen geht auch noch nicht so richtig. Wenn ich mit der standart cam eins aufnehme und abspiele kommt nur ton, aber das Bild bleibt stehen.

Kannst Du die BT Telefonieverbindung testen? Geht mit dem aktuellen Lineage nämlich immer noch nicht....

Also ich hatte nen Problem ein telefonieren! Der Gegenüber hat mich nicht verstanden, ich ihn aber.. Über WhatsApp ging es dann und nach nem Neustart auch das normale Telefonieren wieder.. Ziemlich komisch..
Ist halt noch nicht stabil, von daher wird noch auf der BadmanRom geritten und später gewechselt sobald die RR stabil ist
PS @Black_Focus. Mittlerweile gibt es einen offiziellen RR Thread auf XDA den du aber auch schon kommentiert hast

hat schon jemand Resurrection Remix 6.1.0 ([Official] Resurrection Remix 6.1.0 for Galaxy S7 [Build 3 - Latest Test Build]) drauf und kann berichten ob es ohne Probleme läuft?

Mein Lieblingsrom bisher, leider funktioniert die Kamera nicht, auch nicht in der 6.2.1 wie angegeben.

deshalb bin ich wieder zum Stock zurück. Viele Komponenten funktionieren weder bei Lineage noch bei den custom Roms...
