Vielleicht interessiert es ja jemanden, xda versucht webOs auf das Hero zu bekommen. Allerdings auf das CDMA-Hero.
Hab aber gerade den Thread mal durchsucht, sie meinen man kann quasi webOs auf jeden Geräte-spezifischen Kernel setzen, und es soll auf allen Geräten außer dem G1 (zu wenig RAM) möglich sein.

IMHO if this works fine the way I am thinking it, it will work with any arm phone system minus the g1 and equivalents (not enough ram) and you would just have to couple it with a kernel of choice compiled for your phone (of course with drivers added)

I am going to try to boot it with a stock hero kernel using the dual boot script later on to see how far I get. If I even get to a flashing palm logo I will promptly shit my pants, clean myself up, and post immediately. lol

Dunno how far I will get with the dual boot script but I will definitely see where I can go with it.
