Hab es mit "mount / System " versucht hat nicht funktioniert. Was ist der Fehler. Was mach ich dagegen, bitte für Doofe erklären.

2. Frage: Update auf 4.0 kann ich in ein paar Wochen trotzdem machen?

das einzige was ich seh ist das usb-debugging falsch eingestellt ist. guck mal bei den systemeinstellungen unter apps, dann entwicklung

könnte aber auch ein treiber-problem sein. wir haben hier ein tutorial 62->42 + root, halt dich exakt dran (u.a. alle treiber testen!) und das funktioniert!
 
Welche Firmware ist installiert? Die 062 und 069 ist ohne Öffnen des bootloaders nicht per zergrush rootbar

Ich hab Massenspeichermodus gewählt.

wie ist es wenn ich dann Android 4 mal draufmachen will?

die .69 kann man nicht rooten.
du musst runder flashen auf .42 oder .58
und gleich per OTA hoch Flashen.
hier ist die Anleitung von kuemmeltuerk.
