Make sure to use TWRP Recovery or you have to flash the boot.img of the ROM with fastboot in case you use CWM.

Downloade das ROM

Boote in das Recovery

Wipe cache and dalvik cache always (wipe data, wenn ihr von einer anderen Base kommt)

"install zip from sdcard"

"choose zip from sdcard"

Flasht das ROM

Flasht das tweak package nach einem vollen Reboot

Flash das boot.img mit dem Boot_Flash_Script direkt nach der ROM, falls ihr nicht auf dem neusten Kernel seid, sonst kriegt ihr nen Bootlop!

Known solutions for cache issues:

If you have issues accessing Sense Widgets, just clear HTC Sense data in app settings. Make sure you backup your Desktop in Titanium Backup, before you clear Sense data.

If you temporarily loose access to contacts in dialer, reboot in recovery and wipe cache.

Habe auch mal die TrickDroid geflasht.
Hatte voher die Black Dragon von Speedy drauf.
Da fehlte mir der Lockscrenn von HTC, und die Möglichkeit direkt einen Anruf entgegen zunehmen ohne den Lockscrenn zu entsperren.

Habe nun bei dem Mod den Apex-Launcher im Gebrauch und da wird der Lockscrenn entstspechend HTC voreingestellt, Super!
Ansonsten läuft die Rom sehr gut und Engerieeffizient.

Habe dazu die Patches

Auto Brightness
GPS Fix

installiert, und bin soweit zufrieden, Klasse Arbeit an Alle!!

Ja bei mir läuft die auch sehr flüssig und kann mich echt nicht beklagen, was die Akkulaufzeit angeht. Endlich kann ich auch wieder AdBlock gescheit nutzen ;-)
Genau die zwei Patches habe ich auch nachgezogen..

Hey super, hatte die v1.0 auch drauf und war völlig zufrieden.
Bin lediglich für das htc-Update auf die 1.78 zurück zur Stock.

Meine Frage, muss ich den Fastboot_Kit trotz Update auch installieren?
Ich denke mal, die boot.img bezieht sich auf die 1.78

Das Flahen der 3.0 samt Fastbootkit funktioniert leider nicht
hab nun schon 15 min den Bootscreen und es geht nicht weiter
