Display spinnt

Habe mein Transformer über Nacht aufgeladen, aber sowohl Dock als auch Pad sind nur auf 80% aufgeladen. Aber ganz schlimm: das Display flackert in allen moeglichen Fehlfarben. Beim reboot kommt für ein paar Sekunden das eeepad-logo in weiss. Dann, nach umschalten auf das Asus-logo schlagen die Farben um. Habe vor ein paar Wochen auf ICS gewechselt, Firmware seit letzter Woche upgedated. Einfach nur enttäuschend!!!

Es kann aich am stecker des displays liegen. der lockert sich angeblich leicht. lösung hiefür wäre das öffnen des tablets. ist nicht so aufwändig. und garantie verliert man auch nicht, da es im ganzen tab keine versiegelte schraube gibt, anhand der man ein öffnen nachweisen könnte. solange man dabei halt nichts anderes sichtbar beschädigt. ;-)

Was auch seit ein paar Tagen nervt: die sd-karte im dock wird nur noch nach reboot erkannt. Nach ein paar clicks reagiert dann nichts mehr, egal, welchen explorer man benützt.
Einfach nur enttäuschend......



Der Tipp war gut: ein paar beherzte schlaege, und die farben passen wieder.
Wie lange wohll???

aufmachen und stecker reindrücken sollt auf lange sicht besser sein denke ich. ;-)

Aufmachen, aber wie?
Habe mal die 2 Schrauben neben dem ladestecker raus gedreht, aber da sitzt alles noch absolut fest.

Its not very hard. You just need some patience as removing the bezel is the only bit you need to be careful with.

You would need a Phillips screw driver (one of the small ones) and a Torx T5 I believe was the correct size.

To remove the bezel he uses a plastic tool with a very thin edge but many people have had success simply using a guitar pick to remove the bezel. Luckily I had one of those plastic tools and was able to remove it.

Once you can see the insides:



That little black rectangle on the right is the speaker, inserting the small screwdriver in the compartment its in, you should be able to take it out and if your encountering the same problem as me, just press and hold the speaker from both sides to see if audio works.
