Ist mein Handy noch zu retten ? Root, error, bootloop

Servus Forum,

ich wende mich an euch da ich seit 2 Tagen bis spät in die Nacht nach einer Lösung für mein Problem verzweifelt suche
.
Kurz zur vorgeschichte:

Handy P8 GRA-L09 ascend wollte ich rooten mit dem SRK Tool. Habe davor Bootloader entsperrt.

Dann mit dem SRK Tool erstmal TWRP für Marshmallow installilert.

Dann mit dem SRK Tool gerootet, bei der installation keine Fehler. Zum Schluß der Hinweis das das Handy neugestartet wird.

..... Neustart und sofort die Fastbot&rescue Mode Fehlermeldung

Ich habe versucht, da mein Handy noch den Bootloader offen hat eine StockRom zu flash auf Basis von 6.0 Marshmellow! (B132 , GRA-L09C432B380)

Doch beim letzten Befehl fastboot flash system system.img erscheint nur:
C:\fastboot>fastboot flash system system.img
error: cannot load 'system.img'

Handy startet nur noch in den Fastboot & Resue Mode sowie in den TWRP.

Wäre für jede Hilfe im Vorraus sehr Dankbar

Klingt für mich, als ob es in dem Verzeichnis keine system.img gibt. Heißt die evtl. anders?

doch schon... ich habe mich seit Jahren mit roots, flashen usw befaßt. Allesdings immer auf Samsung Geräte! Da ich seit Std. nach einer Lösung suche hab ich mich nun für den Thread hier entschieden. Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar, steh grad ohne Handy da :/

Schau mal nach einer neueren ADB/Fastboot-Version. Deine dürfte zu alt sein, da das System.img zu groß ist, um es auf einmal zu schicken. Ich denke, deine alte Version von 2013 kann noch nichts mit "sparse" anfangen: Die System.img ist ca 2,4 GB groß, das Handy sagt aber, mehr als ca. 450 MB auf einmal geht nicht -> Download muss aufgeteilt werden = sparse.

EDIT: Am besten direkt aus dem Android-SDK (SDK Platform-Tools)

Ich habe bereits 3 verschiedene ADB/Fastboot Versionen, habe dennoch auf dein comment noch einmal geschaut was es aktuelles gibt.
Minimal ADB & Fastboot 1.4.2: selbst bei dem download jetzt selbe Fehlermeldung. Android SDK installiert gerade, hoffe ich blicke da durch
