Hello!

It's been a long time without update but most of you already know, I was very busy spending my limited free time working on the Substratum/OMS Rootless update. It was almost a complete rewrite of the whole background system alongside a few new front-end features as well, which I was happy to help code and design. It's been awesome, and I'm glad that we could finally share that with you.

Krexus will start shipping inline built, stock google kernels now:
It has always been my decision to bundle the prebuilt google kernel, but the revisioning scheme that Google uses in Nougat is unnecessarily complicated and allows for pushes of "newer" kernel branches to only specific tags.

The result of this is that some of the devices' kernels will stay outdated, no matter which new revision I pick for the base of the ROM.

This is why we will start shipping kernels. Taking advantage of that, I will also probably add some very minor, important tweaks that "should be there", like kcal or proper led light support etc.

OMS/Substratum support will be there, of course.

Some credits and other new information:
+George Tsiampouris, has been very kind enough (i.e. has a powerful machine that kills anything that can be compiled) to provide the bullhead builds, as you have noticed. My desktop is only getting worse, so thank his beast for your bullhead flashes. I will still personally maintain the device, but most of the builds will come from him.

He has also brought up Krexus 7.1.1 for Nexus 7 (2013) (flo)! Because it's only the first public release, we call it "RC1" but our internal testing didn't show any bugs. Let us know if you find any.

I can also say that there are krexus mako and pixel builds internally, that await further testing. It's all about the free time, folks
