How to install :
- Boot cwm
- Wipe data,cache and dalvik cache
- Flash rom
- [OPTIONAL] Flash gapps package (play store etc)
- Reboot

Flashing Instructions
1. Download rom and gapps
2. Boot cwm
3. Wipe data
4. Wipe cache
5. Wipe dalvik cache
6. Flash ROM
7. Flash GApps
8. Reboot
9. If you get any errors during installation,flash kernel via fastboot

If it's not booting / not working, try using cyanogenmod11's kernel
