Samsung Tab 3 error

I have a Samsung galaxy tab 3 and I've been having problems whenever I put the screen in to its brightest mode, the tablet will restart. I have tried reformatting the tablet but the trouble happens silently. Can you recommend some steps on what to do with this?

At first please Post which Tab 3 do you have, ( Version Nr .SM- T xxx ) and which Software Version are installed. Stockrom or Customrom.
Is it possible that can post the steps by step to create the issue.
