So Installiert ihr es (unlocked bootloader):
Erstinstallation
1. Kopiert die Rom und Gapps ZIP's auf die SD-Karte
2. Kernel (entpacktes boot.img aus der Rom ZIP) mit flashtool flashen

3. Neustart ins Recovery
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset

5. Format Data, Format Cache, Format System
6. Install zip from sd-card und installiert die Rom
7. Startet euer Handy erneut neu ins Recovery
8. Flasht die Gapps und Startet neu Booten lassen und genießen.


Update Installation
1. Kopiert die Rom ZIP auf die SD-Karte
2. Kernel (entpacktes boot.img aus der Rom ZIP) mit flashtool flashen

3. Neustart ins Recovery
4. Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache
5. Install zip from sd-card und installiert die Rom
6. Startet euer Handy neu Booten lassen und genießen.



Bitte Flasht nur wenn euer Akku mindestens 50% hat!!

How To Bootloader Öffen

Ladet euch das Flashtool von www.Flashtool.net runter und Installiert dieses.
Wenn es Installiert ist geht ihr Arbeitsplatz Win XP ( Computer unter Vista,7 und 8) und geht auf den Flashtool Ordner dann auf /Driver und öffnet diese. Sucht nun die Treiber für das Xperia Arc s herraus und setzt den Hacken dann scrollt ihr ganz nach unten und Installiert die Flashmode und Fastboot treiber noch mit auch einfach Hacken vor machen.
Nun habt ihr den ersten schritt erfolgreich gemacht. FLASHTOOL ist einsatz berreit.

Jetzt besorgt euch den Unlockcode von der Sony Seite.

Wenn ihr den Code habt öffnet das Flashtool und klickt auf BL dann bekommt ihr eine Meldung Angezeigt was ihr machen sollt Handy ausschalten und während ihr die zurück Taste gedrückt haltet hängt ihr das Handy an den Pc die Meldung müsste dann Automatisch weggehn dann noch den Unlockcode aus Punkt 2 einfügen und durchlaufen lassen nun ist euer Bootloader offen und ihr konnt mit der Installation für Fortgeschrittene weiter machen.

Wenn das alles erledigt ist macht euer Handy aus und hängt es an den Pc während ihr die Menü Taste gedrückt haltet( Blaues Licht geht an).
Öffnet nun das Flashtool dort müsstet ihr angezeigt bekommen DEVICE CONNECTET IN FASTBOOTMODE.
Geht auf den Großen Blitz und wählt Fastbootmode aus dann Select Kernel from ( schaltet unten auf .img sonst findet ihr den Kernel nicht)
Flasht den Kernel wenn das Fertig ist bekommt ihr das Angezeigt.

Schaltet euer Handy aus und wieder an während ihr es anschaltet drückt Volume Down dann solltet ihr ins Recovery kommen.
Wipe/Data/Factory Reset
Wipe/Cache
Mount and Storage Format/System
Install zip from SD-Card Rom auswählen und Installieren
Gapps Installieren
Neustarten und Genießen.

  • Wie komme ich an die SIM-Kontakte? Importiere die Kontakte von der SIM mit dieser App oder dieser App Du kannst leider keine Kontakte direkt auf der SIM speichern aber du kannst sie auf die SIM kopieren mit dieser App

Wo kann man das einstellen?
 
Entwlicker Option die taucht aber erst auf wenn man auf Infos zum Telefon auf das 2 letzte drückst bis du Entwickler bist.

Die ROM ist echt der Hammer und das ist erst die Alpha. Hab keinerlei WLAN Probleme bis jetzt.

Wie schalte ich die Entsperr animation aus?
 
Einstellungen - Sicherheit - display Sperre - auf keine stellen.
 
Doch die Zusperr Animation.
 
Na toll... Hab die Xperia Tastatur geflasht und sie geht nicht ? Mir wird in den Einstellungen nur die Google Tasta. angezeigt.
 
Du hast aber entsperr Animation geschrieben =P net zusperr =)
 
Ich meine das wo der bildschirm aus geht.
