    Hallo Leute

    ich habe viber auf meinem 7.7 installiert. am anfang ging das auch ganz gut aber seit ca. 2 wochen muss ich viber alle 2-3 tage neu registrieren.

    geht das ausser mir noch jemand so ?

    Hi Viber Team

    I have a galaxy 7.7

    I have downloaded and installed viber. the first couple of weeks it worked fine but recently i have to re-register every 2-3 days.

    I did already unistall, downloaded new and reinstalled but the problem persists.

    On another note: if you could make fonts a bit larger for the chat would be great. i find that way too small even with my reading glasses.

    Please note that Viber does not officially supports Tablets.
    However, we can still tell you that the problem you're describing has been reported to us by other Tablet users, and it is usually caused due to the fact that a Custom ROM is installed on those tablets.

    Is this the case?

    In addition, please see if your Tablet contains an IMEI number, and if it does - we would appreciate if you reported it to us for us to check. Here is a quick guide: https://www.mobihand.com/support/deviceid6.asp

    About the fonts - thank you for the feedback, we will see what we can do about it. Meanwhile, we invite you to enter our Feature Request page and post your suggestion there, or join an existing similar suggestion. The more people join on a request, the faster it will become reality :)

    No, i do not have a custom ROM installed, everything stock.

    Sure it is not designed for tablets but it was working long enough before starting to act like this.

    My IMEI ? I don't think i will give that to anyone, including you.

    We respect that, but note that the reason that we need the IMEI is in order to check if we can spot the problem here in our servers.

    Without this information, this check is not possible.
