YouTube data API V3 API Key?

Ich suche in der Developer Console für ein neues Projekt den für YouTube erforderlichen Key.
Auf der deutschen Developer Console finde ich auf der linken Menüleiste nur:
Dienste & APIs für das jeweilige Projekt, kann aber YouTube Android Player API2 Settings nicht finden.
Developer API Key wo finde ich den?

Die englische Beschreibung sagt:
Register Your App In Google Developer Console
1. Before you start using the Youtube player API for android, you have to register your application with Google developer console and get and API key, The API key is a unique value for your application. Do not disclose this to others.
2. Visit Google APIs Console and login with your Google account and create a new project
3. Once your project is created, got to API’s and enable “YouTube data API V3”
4. And then Select “API Access” in your API Console. You’ll find API key. This API key will be used to access YouTube Android Player APIs.

Lösung des Problems:
Nicht über https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin erreicht man diese Entwickler Console sondern:
Hier in Google API Console einloggen (neue Google Developer Console Deutsch)! Die Google API Console ist die zentrale Anlaufestelle für alle Google APIs. Um nun einen Youtube API Key zu generieren am besten dieses Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= rmDdkQm30cY anschauen.
