GoHiring is a fast developing start-up based in Berlin. We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs and developers with a market-changing idea: to simplify recruiting with a powerful free-to-use recruiting tool. For our customers, with our customers.
Therefore we are searching experienced developers who want to create products people love to use. Currently we are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails developer (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
- You will plan and build new applications and features in a service oriented architecture (using JRuby on Heroku)
- You will help to improve the functionality of our app
- Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of your code, from implementing, to testing, to user acceptance, to deployment
- Drive innovation and share your experiences with the team
Your profile:
- Entrepreneurial spirit, as we grow ressourceful but with the aim to scale
- The willing to exercise your programming skills to their full potential
- Clean and clear coding style
- Interest in development and IT project management methodologies
