Heytell....neue Kontakte hinzufügen schwierig!

Hallo zusammen,

es geht um die "Walkie-Talkie"-App Heytell. Die App an sich ist super, die Kontakte, die ich habe, funktionieren und man hat wirklich ein kleines Funkgerät in den Händen.

Aber zu meiner Frage:

Gestern wollte ich einen weiteren Kontakt zu heytell hinzufügen. In meiner Kontaktliste ist der Kontakt schon gespeichert, die Tel.Nr. (extra international, u.a. wg Whatsapp) in folgendem Format: +49162xxxxxxxxx.

Jetzt will ich den Kontakt hinzufügen, aber weder über Kontakte noch über Suche innnerhalb von Heytell funzt es. Es heisst dann immer: Der Kontakt wurde nicht gefunden...es wurden mehrere Kontakte gefunden, die nicht eindeutig zugewiesen werden können...
Und ich könnte dann eine SMS verschicken zur Benachrichtigung. Die kommt aber nie an.

Meine Sicherheitsstufe ist niedrig, die meines Kontaktes ebenfalls.

Woran kann das liegen, dass dieser Kontakt solche Schwierigkeiten macht???

Hey. habe auch das Problem. Das liegt daran, das Heytell immer nur 49.... aber nicht +49 oder 0049 vor die nummer setzt egal wie sie im Telefonbuch ist. Suche auch nach einer Lösung dafür.

ja, habs eben auch gesehen...das + oder die 00 fehlt. Gut beobachtet von dir!
Aber selbst wenn man einen Kontakt mit 0162..... speichert, also wie "früher", erkennt es Heytell nicht.
Irgendwie habe ich jetzt einige Kontakte drinnen...das war aber wohl dann ein Glücksspiel....d.h. seit irgendeinem Update muss dieser Fehler sein.

Wie ist es bei dir mit Einladungs-SMS...versandt werden sie ja, aber kommen die auch an? bei mir jedenfalls nicht.

Wie es aussieht, muss man wohl mal dem Entwickler schreiben.

Ein Freund von mir hat auch n Android Gerät da klappt die Kopplung problemlos, nur mit iOS Geräten gehts nicht, nur wenn die mir ne Einladung schicken.
Ich bekomm immer die Meldung das die sms nicht gesendet werden konnte, aber ist ja klar, weil die nummer falsch ist.
Ich denke, das ich gleich mal den Entwickler ne mail schreibe.

mmh, ich hab nen Android...und der Kontakt, den ich suche, auch. Bei Whatsapp klappts problemlos....beide Kontakt sind low level...also bei mir kommen die SMS nie an.
Weisst du was, mache ich auch gleich....2 Mails zum gleichen Thema ist doppelt so viel wie eine...

So, meine Mail ist raus, hier mal der Text:

for a couple days, me and my friends have some problems with heytell connecting new friends/adding new friends to the contact list.

Both contacts settings are low level. Both have android.
The phone number is saved as +49162xxxxxx for Germany.
But no matter what I do, I cant resolve the contact. No way works.
It tells me I can send a SMS invite, but it never gets delivered to the adressed person.
But I think I found the mistake: Heytell uses the phone number, no matter how it is saved in the contact list, just like 49162xxxx. That means it is not using the correct way like +49 or 0049.
I hope you can fix this soon, otherwise I gotta think about an easier application when it comes to solve contacts... There are some in the market, however I like Heytell.
So please check that problems or make connection way more easier.

Meine auch.

Hello.

I can´t send invitations to my friends via sms, because the shown phonenumber starts with 49XXXXXX.
It has to be +49XXXX or 0049XXXX .
I changed the numbers in my addressbook manually but nothing changed.
I receive only error-messages: "the sms can´t be sent because of an invalid number".

Receiving invitations work but i can´t send them.

How can i invite friends to Heytell via sms?

I hope you can fix that problem soon.

Hi, Simon:

HeyTell uses your phone's SMS functionality to send SMS messages - you
may want to verify that the number you are using is correct and
contains area codes (country code as well if the number is overseas).
You may also want to verify that your country code is correct via Menu
Settings > Keyboard & Languages - we've heard of instances where,
for example, a phone sold in Australia was set with English (UK)
instead of English (AU), which results in having an incorrect region
code. You want your code to be (DE). If your carrier doesn't provide
the combination you prefer (for example, if you want English (DE) but
there is only Deutsche (DE) available), we recommend contacting your
carrier to ask them to please offer it in the future and, in the
meantime, you can customize your locale to your liking using an app
like More Locale 2, which is available in the Market (the setting here
for English/Germany would be EN-DE; for German/Germany, it would be
DE-DE).

Alternatively, invite friends using email, or add friends that use Low
privacy using matching email or phone numbers, which doesn't require
sending invitations and doesn't incur any extra carrier charges.

Hab mir mal die empfohlene App installiert, hat auch nicht geholfen. Hab jetzt nur noch zusätzlich auf der Leertaste eine Sprachen auswahl.
