Dropbox Android App (Beta)

Hi guys,
The first Android beta is finally here! The first 500 of you to signup will be allowed to link to your Dropbox to your Android . Please don't spread the download link as it will only link to accounts that sign up via http://www.dropbox.com/androidbeta - have fun testing and please report all bugs as you find them!
Release Notes
Current application is only available as a limited distribution, user-id locked download. It is currently not available on the Android Market. We expect that to happen shortly, as we prepare for our full release.
Fully Working:

• Directory Browsing, showing metadata, and caching it for offline use.
• File Browsing for file types using viewers installed on your device (not currently caching for offline use).
• Search my Dropbox.
• Editing text files with the DropText text editor, and uploading the text to your Dropbox.

Importing media is not always working on all handsets. Different handsets seem to handle these things differently, and we're still getting things to work well across all platforms. Please let us know how these work on your handset, and what the experience is like:

• Take a New Picture.
• Take a New Video.
• Import Pictures or Video.
• New or Stored Audio
• Text Files.

iPhone app features not included in this release:

• Favorites
• Photo Gallery

Könnte ich, würd aber nichts bringen. Der Account muss dafür freigeschaltet sein. Kannst ja mal in den Thread im Dropbox-Forum posten und nett fragen - die sind da oft recht großzügig.

Lustigerweise fehlt momentan übrigens noch ausgerechnet der Sync.

ich nutze dropbox auch schon lange auf meinem mac, habe aber leider auch zu spät die beta gesehen.
wenn noch jemand nen account braucht, könnte er sich ja über meinen referral link anmelden.

es gibt dropbox apps, aber noch nicht die offizielle von dropbox selber.
dazu kam letzte woche erst ne beta von dropbox selbst, die aber leider auf 500 user begrenzt ist. hab zwar das programm jetzt auch auf meinem nexus, aber kann mich leider nicht mehr anmelden, da ich zu spät dran war.

Die offizielle App gibt es noch nicht, die ist in der Beta.

bin nämlich über einige threads gestolpert weil ich eben auch nach dropbox etc gesucht hab und egal wo man damit anfängt kann man fast nicht mehr mitlesen weil jeder 2te post ein referral link ist...

Einloggen ist kein Problem, aber er findet meine SD Karte nicht (HTC Desire). Alle anderen Programme haben kein Problem diese zu finden.
