[ROM][4.2.2][AOKP/CM/PA]Vanilla RootBox | Nightly 11/07/2013

Ich habe folgendes Problem festgestellt undzwar lässt der Bluetooth Empfang zu wünschen übrig wenn man es mal so hart sagen darf :(

Ich habe zum Vergleich:
- CM(Asylum, HellyBean, Jelly Beer) TOP!Einwandfrei! hin und wieder mal einen kurz Abbruch z.B. weil doch dann mehrere Wände da sind, teilweise gehe ich aufn Dachboden (der ist über meinen Zimmer) und habe aufn Weg dorthin paar Abbrüchen aber "über dem Zimmer" läuft alles ohne ruckeln oder Probleme.

- TouchWiz (RocketRomReloaded, Team Union Rom) Im Prinzip durch aus okay funktioniert gut, jedoch schnell nach den ersten entfernten Metern d.h. der Weg in die Küche schwächelt das Signal d.h. die Lieder haben hänger und es ist sehr unangenehm zu hören :(

- AOKP? (RootBox) habe ich mir gestern installiert alles sauber per Full Wipe,Cache und Dalvik Cache dazu format system/date/preload/emmc und nur paar Benutzer Apps mit TB hergestellt an sich läuft die Rom super. Bei Bluetooth habe ich teilweise sogar in der Hosentasche kleine Ruckler und wenn die mal anfangen dann gleich zum Teil 3 Mal hintereinander


Diese Vergleiche habe ich natürlich mit ein und dem selben Gerät gemacht und kann mit einer guten Sicherheit sagen, dass es an den Roms liegt bzw Sources. Das Bluetooth/Headset ist eine ICandy Freedom 180 (Quelle: iCandy Freedom Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headphones in-line Mic White £49.95 | eBay) und haben wie gesagt unter CM besonders gut funktioniert! Hier jedoch schlechter wisst ihr wo man evtl. noch Werte ändern kann oder sonst wie das beheben?

Morgen, bin scheinbar blind. Wo finde ich denn die Einstellungen zur Benachrichtigungsleiste, da wo ich die "alten" Toggles einstellen kann?

Hab sie in den Tiefen der Rootbox-Settings gefunden ;)

Kann man den DualPanel in den settings mit dem gleichen fix wie bei der asylum weg machen?

Design/Layout von Apps ändern in Root box
Hybrid Settings > nach links wischen.oder das Icon oben anklicken
Evtl. Tools anklicken und bei Expert mode √ setzen

Apps klicken > (warten.. Lädt...noch mal warten) > Einstellungen (in geänderten Apps) anklicken und die Standardwerte ändern.

Standardwerte für Einstellungen (system settings)
245 (DPI) in "Nach Gusto"
720 (Tablet UI) in 360 (Phone UI)
Anwenden klicken
Fertig.
Dual Panel layout "gone" :D

Hab noch eine Frage.. Und zwar verursacht mein Internetexplorer sofort Force Close Fehler wenn ich ihn oeffne.. Ist das Problem bekannt?

Wenn du den "Internet Explorer" drauf hast, sind Fehler vorprogrammiert. ;)
Wenn du den Browser meinst, das ist mit einem der ersten updates gelöst worden.
Welche Version von Root Box hast du denn drauf?

Backuptool function added in the Rom, so your PA preferences will survive dirty flashes starting from the next build.

Not today, though.

If you wish to keep your PA config, do the following (only today):

1. use any root explorer and copy your existing properties.conf file from /system/etc/paranoid to some place on your phone

2. transfer the said properties.conf to your computer

3. launch Vanilla_RootBox_20130426_n7000.zip on your PC using any zip manager

4. browse to /system/etc/paranoid and delete properties.conf that comes in the Rom

5. drag and drop your backed up properties.conf from your Note in its place

6. flash the Rom
Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Backup Funktion fur PA/Hybrid Settings wird ab der nächsten Version automatisch funktionieren!
Das oben genannte gilt nur für das Update auf die *heutige* Version, quasi ein Workaround um die PA settings zu übernehmen.

Ich hab die vorletzte Version drauf..allerdings gapps geflasht die ich auch unter asylum geflasht habe. Aber das hat damit nichts zu tun oder ?

Keine Ahnung, welche Version du mit "vorletzte" meinst. Schau doch mal in Versionsnummer in der Telefoninfo, was da steht: Datum!?
Das Browser Problem mit den permanenten FC sollte längst gelöst sein.
Geh mal in System Apps > Alle Apps > Browser
Clear Cache √
Gelöst?
Ja > gut
Nein
Dann das gleiche nochmal

Goo.im Upgrades and Move!
To all who read this, in it's entirety, thank you in advance -- Snipa/Alexander Blair.

Goo.im is at a turning point in it's life, as I'm at a turning point in mine. *In approximately July of this year, I'll be moving out to Las Vegas with a family member due to some extenuating circumstances. *As I'm sure some of you are aware, I am the head administrator of Goo.im, and responsible for all server-level maintainance and finances for the service.

So, what does this mean? *Well, we were already planning on running a full hardware upgrade of the service in June/July of this year, corresponding to a full software revamp s0up is doing at this time, to completely rebuild the interface, along with updated daemons and other work to help keep goo running at peak performance. *The issue is that we're going to be facing upwards of 10k in hardware costs, along with close to 7-10k in initial costs and setup fees for the new datacenter. *We had budgeted for the 10k hardware using internal funds, as well as donations from the core leadership team, however, my personal funding for this is getting pulled, as well as the extra 7-10k sprung on us as we're moving datacenters.

It is possible to help drop the 7-10k, but a good chunk of that is the new core switch we'll need, as well as the new internal core switch, which we can't avoid buying as we move forwards. *It was our original intention not to buy any new switches, and upgrade the DFW colo that we use now, just replacing hardware, but with the changeover to Phoenix/Vegas, we'll have to re-implement core functionality, or risk a fairly extensive downtime of our entire service.

I know we've asked for fundraisers in the past, but this one is something special to me in particular, as I'll be moving, and this is the last major move for goo for the foreseeable future. *Once I move to Vegas, goo is not moving from it's home for a long, long time. *Upgrades will happen, but the hardware itself won't have to move any longer. *We're hoping to push though and buy great hardware for everyone, and have upgrades in place ahead of time, rather than being behind the curve as we've had to do in the past.

Ich habe grade versucht n livewallpaper zu installieren.. Ging aber nicht. Wurde das in der Rom deaktiviert ?
