Lösung zum eBook syncen mit PC, MacBook, Tablet und Smartphone

Hallo zusammen!

Ich suche eine Lösung für folgendes Problem. Ich lese zurzeit sehr viele eBooks, mal am PC, mal am MacBook, mal an meinem Nexus S, das Nexus 7 kommt bald noch dazu. Das Problem ist nur, dass ich immer manuell weiterblättern muss, bis bei allen Geräten auf der gleichen Seite von dem eBook (Format zumeist *.epub) bin. Gibt's da irgendeine Lösung, die automatisch synchronisiert, wie weit ich auf dem einen Gerät gelesen hab, sodass ich beim nächsten Gerät wieder genau dort weiterlesen kann?
