sony playmemories mobile usage

l own SONY QX10, which I use with my alcatel one touch idol ultra via the app playmemories mobile (pmm). it functions very well. however, I can not find any manual or descriptions which eg provide information about the different modes intelligent,super or programme automatic.
but more important: can I erase pictures with pmm on the sd card i use in the qx10
