Nur noch Fastboot Modus - Datenrettung nöch möglich?

Mein One Mini hängt im Fastboot Modus fest.
Bei den letzten Neustarts hat es bereits mehrere Anläufe gebraucht, um das Recovery überhaupt zu laden.
Jetzt will es nicht mehr ins Recovery starten.

Über ADB kann ich nur rebooten.
Windows 7 erkennt das HTC unter Geräte und Drucker als Android 1.0
Kann man nicht den gesamten Speicherchip über USB auslesen?

Installiert ist recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.3.6-m4.img

Ich hab im Netzt schon was über Gefrierschrank-Methode gelesen. Das will ich aber erst ausprobieren, wenn nichts anderes mehr geht.
Welche Möglichkeiten hab ich noch, um an meine Daten zu kommen?

Für jede Hilfe bin ich demjenigen sehr verbunden.

habe hier einen ähnlichen fall vor mir, nur das der bootloader noch gesperret ist. gibts da noch was zu retten bzw. könnte man eine neue software aufspielen? pc erkennt den ebenfalls nur aus android 1.0 ^^

Da wo des öfteren [SD_HW_ERR] steht - Ist das jetzt ein Hardwareschaden oder nur ein Softwareschaden weil der Speicher nicht gelesen werden kann?

Ich habe seit einigen Wochen des gleiche Problem.

Nachdem das Gerät entladen war, ging es nur noch in den Bootloader. Ich habe keinerlei Änderungen an dem Gerät vorgenommen. Auch keine Roms oder dubiosen Apps.

Wenn man sich die Beiträge der letzten Monate hier so anschaut, ist das definitiv ein Hard- oder Softwareproblem des Geräts.

Nachdem das immer sehr vorsichtig behandelte Gerät (hat definitiv noch keine Stöße abbekommen) inzwischen schon gut 15 Haarrisse im Rahmen hat und meine Frau mit ihrem One S monatelang mit diesem Touch-Tasten-Empfangsproblem kämpfte, wird bei uns in der Familie die nächsten Jahre kein HTC-Gerät mehr gekauft.

Danach habe ich das komplette Root-Programm durchgezogen (Unlock Bootloader, Recovery, Root). Die Rückmeldung in den DOS-Fenstern waren auch jeweils positiv, nur am Handy kam nie ein entsprechendes Feedback, weil eben der Bootloader total spinnt, d.h. ich kann zwar "Recovery" auswählen, danach aber keine Daten auswählen, weil das Handy jeweils wieder im vorigen Menü des Bootloaders landet. Nicht mal nach der "Unlock Bootloader"-Aktion kam am Gerät der Bestätigungshinweis, weil es eben entweder im Bootloader hängt oder nach gefühlten 30x "Reboot" irgendwann regulär startet.

Habe es dann noch mit dem All-In-One-Toolkit versucht, aber auch hier konnte der letzte Step "Flash SuperSU" nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Also bleibt nur noch einschicken übrig (Gerät ist 18 Monate alt), was auch allein schon wegen der Haarrisse im Rahmen notwendig wäre. Habe aber keine Lust mehr und versuche das Gerät die letzten Monate nicht mehr runter zu fahren bzw. den Akku ständig geladen zu halten. Inzwischen sind nämlich gut 20-30 Anläufe notwendig, damit "Reboot" auch tatsächlich dazu führt, dass das Handy bootet und nicht wieder im Bootloader hängt.

In einem halben Jahr wandert das Teil dann in den Elektroschrott und wird durch ein S6/S7 abgelöst.
