P30 Pro Fehler beim Laden und abheben des Handys vom QI Pad

Hallo

Ich nutze für mein P30pro das Original Ladepad von Huawei. Das Handy lädt auch gut drauf.

Was aber komisch ist, ist dass das Pad immer einen Fehler liefert und anfängt schnell zu blinken wenn ich das Handy auflege und es nach ein paar Minuten wieder abhebe. Dieser Fehler tritt eigentlich immer auf.

Wenn ich warte bis das Handy voll ist geht es problemlos.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegt und was ich dagegen tun kann?

Habe EmUI 10.1 drauf und ein dünnes Case. Aber das Problem besteht auch mit einem original Case und ohne.
Und auch schon mit EMUI 10 war es so.

Kommt der Fehler auch, wenn Du direkt mit Kabel lädst.

Der Fehler tritt nur mit dem QI Pad auf. Beim Laden via Kabel keine Probleme.

Dann behaupte ich mal, das Pad ist nicht in Ordnung. Kannst Du es noch reklamieren?

Befürchte nicht, habe es schon eine weile.

Also ist das kein "normales" Verhalten?! Habe es immer als normal, oder ist halt so, abgetan bis ich mich mit einem Freund unterhalten habe.

Nein, das ist nicht normal. Wenn ich es auflegen, kommt der Kreis mit dem Ladestand und der Anzeige, mit wieviel Power geladen wird. Dann lädt das Phone einfach bis es vollständig geladen ist

In der Anleitung steht Überspannung, Unterspannung oder Überhitzung und falsches Kabel.

If the white indicator blinks fast, the charging may be abnormal (protections against overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, or overcurrent are triggered during the charging). Abnormal charging may occur in the following conditions: the charger power supply is insufficient, the cable voltage drop is too large, the phone receiver is faulty, the charging is overheated, or there are foreign objects between the wireless charging dock and the phone receiver.

Perform the following steps to locate the fault:

1. Check whether the phone cover is too thick, causing low charging efficiency and overheating. If yes, remove the cover and check whether the fault persists.
2. Check whether there is any foreign metal between the phone and the wireless charging dock. If yes, the charging efficiency is low and the phone heats up seriously. Remove the foreign metal and check whether the fault persists.
3. Check whether the phone is placed in a wrong position, causing low charging efficiency and overheating. If yes, place the phone in another position and check whether the fault persists.
4. Check whether the charger is faulty or the power supply is insufficient. If yes, replace the charger that comes with the wireless charger dock and check whether the fault persists.
5. Check whether the charging cable is faulty. If yes, replace the cable that comes with the wireless charging dock and check whether the fault persists.
6. Check whether the receiving coil of the phone is faulty. Replace the phone with a phone that supports unlimited charging and check whether the fault persists.
7. Check whether the wireless charging dock is faulty. If yes, replace the wireless charging dock with a new one and check whether the fault persists.
8. If the problem persists, you are advised to go to the customer service center to find out the cause.

Wenn es vollständig geladen wurde und ich hebe es ab verhält sich das Pad ja normal und blinkt nicht schnell.

Ich nutze das Original Netzteil und Kabel von Huawei.

@Gottfried52 Vollständig laden geht ja,sagt er. Der Fehler kommt wenn er es abnimmt und wieder auflegt.
@sthoeft hast du ein Magnet für Autohalter daran?

@okadererste klar, habe es wohl nicht ausführlich genug beschrieben. Ich nehme es zwischendurch auch mal runter und wieder rauf. Immer gleiches Verhalten, sprich Anzeige und weiter laden.
