T3 Exclusive Update Problem

Hello.

Today I've bought T3 Exclusive Gold version, 3.2P.253 firmware.

Phone prompted, that is a newer version available, but when i
press "Download" button i got an error "Download problem, Please go
to recovery and wipe cache, as there is no enough space in it:
-460.8MB"

I've rebooted my phone and wiped cache and factory reset my phone,
but still have this error.

Which way can i keep my phone up to date ?

By the way, I can't contact support, have message undelivered with error "The email account that you tried to reach is disabled."

Company is dead, isn't it ?
