Without changing any kernel...
You have clicked on usa band...
I'm sorry, the only way is reflashing sbf...

Little Update update.zip Install from zip, from clockwordmod. Added standard keyboard (de, ru, it, en, es, fr) and other little things (reboot, some new icons...)
I didn't see the keyboard layout....! Tomorrow? I'm sorry...

Try this... unzip and put these folders in /ststem/usr/
overwrite all and set permission to rw-r-r for all files and rwxr-xr-x for all folders
reboot...

Hello everyone, first of all.

I just wanted to start upgrading my european motorola pro when i encountered a problem: When choosing "backup current rom" in clockworkmod i have to "confirm phone model", but my model does not appear in the list. Does anyone have a workaround for this problem?

EDIT:

auf deutsch: ich wollte gerade mein motorola pro nach der anleitung in diesem thread neu flashen. wenn ich mein rom backuppen will kommt ein menü in dem ich mein telefonmodell auswählen soll. dieses scheint aber in der liste nicht auf. gibts da eine lösung bzw. einen workaround?

Had the same problem. Just install Droid 2 Bootstraper from Play Store and enter the clockwordmod that way.

Why you don't read!!!?????

After installing the new bootmenu, for enter in clockworkmod you must press volume down on boot, when you see the green light!!!

It's more safer!
And with your old clockworkmod (bootstrapper) you can't install my new rom....

DO NOT INSTALL THE DROID 2 BOOTSTRAP ONCE YOU INSTALL THIS zip. IN ORDER TO GET INTO RECOVERY, REBOOT YOUR PHONE, THEN WAIT FOR THE LED TO FLASH BLUE. IF YOU PRESS THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON WHEN IT'S BLUE THEN IT WILL TAKE YOU INTO THE DEDICATED BOOT MENU. FROM THERE SELECT RECOVERY, THEN CLOCKWORK RECOVERY

You'll have a md5 error, but it is all ok... try..

One more question: my mobile internet only works if i enably data roaming. is that normal.

It is normal... But the new bootmenu is more safer...!
did you try the new quertz layout?
 
Okay, so i will update to new version via the new bootmenu.

Could not try the Qwertz yet because i was not @home and it is more safer with a laptop near :D

Detto, could you please put in a list with all steps, for downgrading from ics to 2.3? this may be very useful for me and many others (ive got heavy problems with ics, much things arent working)
(i got a german pro)

From clockworkmod recovery:
1) restore froyo kernel
2) restore your froyo backup
3) reboot
4) go, with droid 2 bootstrapper, into clockworkmod recovery
5) install my new bootmenu
6) reboot and see the steps on xda...! (Set the default boot to normal, enter in recovery from the same menù, install american kernel, restore my backup, wipe all data, and reboot...)

I'm sure that it could be more simple... but I'm not sure...
For example:
1) restore my backup and wipe all data
2) restore my bootmenu
3) restart and set the new boot to normal
4) restart and wait...
