Startzeit ist nicht wirklich schnell geworden. Ok Zip Prüfung kann ich mal ausstellen....wenn ich ganz normal ota Flashen wäre root und twrp weg oder?

Ganz normal das kleine OTA wird abbrechen, da der Kernel verändert wurde.
Du musst wie immer in TWRP booten und dann die komplette Zip gefolgt von Root flashen.
TWRP bleibt so erhalten.

So ohne zip Prüfung ging es jetzt problemlos durch. Bißchen schneller starrt twrp jetzt schon. Aber das nur die data partition F2f2 ist richtig oder? System und Cache sind bei mir weiterhin ext4.

Ja, ist so vorgesehen bei OxygenOS. Die anderen Partitionen sind im Grunde nur "read-only" und würden von F2FS nicht profitieren.
