Hallo Galaxy Tab 3 SM-T210/ R user.

Ich möchte euch hier eine Rom die gr8nole Dev.von xda portiert hat vorstellen. Diese Rom ist Teilweise vom Bloatware befreit und deodexed
Diese Rom basiert auf Stock des SM-T210 Italy Firmware V4.4.x
.
Achtung: diese Rom ist ist für den täglichen gebrauch geeignet.
Ich möchte aber darauf hinweisen das Jeder für sein Vorgehen Verantwortlich ist.Flash at own risk!!!!

1. Download der Zip V2.0auf die ext. SDcard)
2. Ins Custom recovery booten (Philz Touch wird empfohlen vom Dev.)
3. Führe dort einen Full Wipe durch;factory reset / full wipe /wipe cache /wipe dalvik (rom install does not wipe data) unter Mount/Format ;Format intSdcard.
4. flashen der Rom 2.0
5. Reboot des Tabs kann bis 10 min. dauern
   
   Achtung: es wird vom Entwickler ein Clean flash empfohlen, auch für diejenigen die von V1.5 kommen.
   
   Im Aroma Installer gibt es Auswahlmöglichkeiten
   
   Entfernen des phservice (see my previous post about this).
   Neue T310 launcher und WeatherApp (this will keep older T211 apps)
   
   Wichtig:Bitte nach dem booten die komplette Anmeldeprozedur mit Wifi und Google durchführen, sonst kommt es zu Anmelde Problemen bei dem playstore.

Anmerkung: Änderung der Verzeichnisstruktur ab dem update aufJB 4.2x oder KitKat V4.4.x

Newer versions of Android use "data/media/0" as the internal card where 4.1.2 uses "/data/media".

Buglist: Selecting About Phone - Status will cause settings to force close.
Wichtig:Wird bei ausgeschalteten Tab dieses an das Ladegerät gesteckt, Bootet das Tab hoch und es kann nicht entsperrt werden.Nur durch längeres drücken der Power Taste kann es neu gestartet werden.

Switched to a multi-language Contacts app

• Kids Mode Add-On See THIS post for more info.
  • V3 has been uploaded. The Drawing app has been fixed.
  • V2 has been uploaded. It adds a missing library file that caused the Kids Voice recorder to crash and installs all Kids apps to the /data partition (instead of system/priv-app) so the kids mode will survive a rom update.

• S-Voice app for our T210(R). It should install as normal app.

• KeyToggle app. Made by me. This will toggle the setting to turn software navigation keys on/off. Very basic interface, needs root access. Only for T210(R) devices.

• Custom Boot Animation mod. Flash this zip in recovery. This mod to the bootanimation binary allows you to use your own custom boot animation. This zip contains my old SvelteNole boot animation (never released) in the /system/media folder as a sample. Just place your own bootanimation.zip (made for our device) in /system/media. If you delete the /system/media/bootanimation.zip, the standard AOSP style animation will play. Of course, if your animation doesn't currently display, this will not fix it.

• Samsung Photo Editor app for our T210(R). It should install as normal app.

Ich habs eben geflasht.
Allerdings mit TWRP.
Zuerst factory reset, dann v1.0 danach v1.1 und dann 1.2 update geflasht.
Nach Reboot hatte ich nur Ton, aber kein Bild.
Also PhilzTouch geflasht und jetzt erkennt Philz wieder die externe SD nicht.
Wahrscheinlich falsches Format.
Welches Format braucht PhilzTouch ?
Oder weiss jemand, ob es auch mit TWRP geht ?
Vielleicht habe ich falsch gewiped ?

PhilzTouch unterstützt nur 32gb sdcard
Flashen braucht man nur v1.0 und v1.2 oder v1.1 und 1.2 ,
V1.2 aendert die framework und V1.1 den root.
Mach das ganze noch mal nur mit der v1.1 und 1.2.
Mit dem booten ohne Animation ist als Bug beschrieben, tritt aber nicht bei allen auf.

Bin beeindruckt von dieser Rom, die Devs haben in kurzer Zeit eine flüssige und funktionierende Rom portiert, was Samsung nicht schaft.

Installation lief ohne Probleme.
Als vorherige Rom hatte ich SnelteNol Rom V1.0 mit dem Werewolf Kernel installiert.
Als Recovery habe ich PhilzTouch installiert.

Habe die V1.1 und V1.3 auf der ExtSdcard gespeichert.
Im Recovery vorher ein Backup erstellt.
Unter factory reset, install a New Rom alles gewiped, wipe cache und wipe dalvik,
Im Bereich Mount / Format ;Format int.Sdcard ausgeführt.
Danach flash ZIP von extSdcard die V1.1 und V1.3 nach ein ander geflashed.
Anschließend wipe cache und wipe dalvik ausgeführt.
Reboot des Tab , Tab startet mit dem Samsung Logos, dauert ca. 5-8 min.

Habs auch inzwischen hingekriegt.
Bin schwer begeistert.
Muss nur nach jedem Reboot 2x die Powertaste drücken um was zu sehen.
Aber sonst alles Top .

Hast du noch TWRP als Recovery,wenn ja beschreibe doch die Vorgehensweise .
Ich selber nutze nur Philz bzw. Cwm

Ich habe zum flashen der Rom erstmal vorübergehend Philz geflasht und eine 32er Karte eingelegt.
Dann habe ich es genau so gemacht wie du (ausser Format der internen SD).
Danach habe ich natürlich wieder TWRP geflasht, wegen Backups auf der externen 64Gb SD.
Aber ich hatte das beim ersten mal mit TWRP geflasht und das hatte auch funktioniert.
Ich wusste nur nicht, dass ich die Powertaste 2x drücken muss um ein Bild zu bekommen.

Habe jetzt einen dicken Bug.
Jedes mal, wenn ich das Tab aus dem Standby hole zittert das ganze Display.
Das hört erst nach einem Neustart auf.
Wenn jemand ne Idee hat, immer her damit.
Ich würde ungern wieder auf 4.1 zurück flashen.

Habe jetzt erstmal den Zustand vor dem letzten Patch wieder hergestellt.
Der Bug scheint weg zu sein.
Verzichte ich eben auf die Bootanimation.

Mit der update.ZIP ist der Bug der mit der V1.3 behoben wieder aufgetreten.
Flash einfach die v1.3 ,dann hast du zwar das Bootanimationsproblem aber die Graphik stimmt.

Fehler ist heute bei xda schon gemeldet worden.

Hallo,
würde auch gerne das update machen, habe aber bis jetzt noch nichts an dem Tablet gemacht. Wo finde ich denn Philz Touch und wofür brauche ich das? Muss ich Tablet vorher rooten oder kann ich das so aufspielen? Umd die zwei Zips aufzuspielen brauch ich keine Hilfe, da es ja oben beschrieben steht. Würde nur gerne wissen was ich vorher mit dem Tablet machen sollte.

Um die Rom zu flashen benötigte du ein Customrecovery zB. PhilzTouch.

Rooten brauchst du Tab nicht unbedingt, da Rom gerootet ist.

Führe die Schritte 1 bis 4 aus, wichtig ist der 4, das Backup.

Ja die ist die Richtige, starte sie und bei Nachfrage der Installation Cwm bzw. Das Recovery auswählen.
Über den Playstore evtl. Version updaten.

Nach dem du dein Tab auf V1.5 eingerichtet hast , Boote in Recovery und erstellen nochmals ein Backup von der Rom, die nun immer wenn evtl etwas schief wieder restoren kannst.

Viel Spass mit der Rom.

Da hast du recht. Installiert die App nochmals über den Playstore, dann findest du Sie unter deinen Apps und wird auch automatisch aktualisiert.
