du musst das java sdk installieren. das hast du scheinbar nicht drauf.

am besten die JDK 5

ach und wenn du die steps gemacht hast, kannst du die APK-datei per rechtsklick signieren
(mach dann aus der ZIP endung einfach mal APK)

was ich gerade gesehen hab..

Do not use this to sign APK files in Vista or windows 7! It will cause your theme to loop phones when placed on a device. Only use this to sign update files if your using those O/S's

Now through doing this you have done two things, first off you have made the resigning process extremely easy, secondly you will not have to cd to the tools dir of the sdk to use adb or any other tool in the sdk.

finde ubuntu eh besser als windows

hey, da des ja so toll unter ubuntu klappt, wollt ichs nochmal unter vista probieren, SDK+java hab ich, dan den link (muss ja der von java sein?) in des PATH eintragen(unter User Variablen, habs aber in beides mal...)dan cmd öffnen und des schrittweiße machen:

Kannst ja ubuntu auch als virtuellen pc laufen lassen mit Netzwerk Zugriff
