Hallo @ all!
habe bei XDA das GalaxyMOD Rom gefunden. Da ich es momentan nutze und sehr zufrieden bin, möchte ich es euch nicht vorenthalten. Es basiert auf der LPQ firmware ICS 4.0.3. Es ist fast original Stock, es wurden einige unnütze Samsung Apps entfernt und diverse Performance Tweaks vorgenommen. Der Apex Launcher ist per default eingestellt. Ein OTA uploader ist ebenfalls integriert.

Removed TouchWiz launcher (Through OTA app)
Removed all apps downloadable from the Market
Removed all hubs and Samsung Email (Through OTA app)
Remarkable Stability thanks to Samsung

Screenshots spar ich mir mal, da die Rom wie original Samsung ICS aussieht. Ich finde ist auf jeden Fall einen Flash wert, zumal alle Updates bequem per OTA eingespielt werden.
