Pingchat: Number already taken?

Hallo,

ich habe ein neues Android-Gerät mir gekauft und wollte auch darauf wieder Pingchat installieren. Nur leider kann ich weder meinen alten username nehmen noch die Nummer verwenden - weil es schon einem PingUser zugewiesen ist. JA, MIR! :-D

Was kann man da machen?

You need to unregister your ID on the old device and re-register it on the new device. If you don't have access to the old device anymore, we can release your ID. Please email us at support@pingchat.com with your existing PingChat! ID and say you need your ID released, and it will be done right away.
