ich habe hier ein defektes Z3C

Display defekt
keine Anzeige
kein Touch

wie kann ich das Gerät zurücksetzen?

Gerät wird nicht übern Companion angezeigt

mobile flasher hab ich installiert
welche Software sollte ich aufspielen

oder gibts ggf. ne andere Möglichkeit
Sicherung brauch ich keine
es soll nur wirklich alles runter

Über USB-OTG Kabel Maus anschließen.

Du kannst auch folgendes probieren:
-Turn off the Z3 Compact
-Press and hold the "Volume Up" and "Power" buttons simultaneously
-Once the phone vibrates three times (it should take about 10 seconds) release the buttons
-Press and hold the "Power" and "Volume down" buttons
At the Sony splash screen, release the "Power" button but continue pressing "Volume Down"
-Release the volume key when the "System Recovery" screen appears
-Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and highlight "Factory reset"
-Press "Power" to select the highlighted option
-Use the volume keys to highlight "Yes" and press "Power" again
-Your smartphone will now apply the factory reset, and reboot automatically when the process is done

leider sehe ich auf dem display nichts
und wie kann man dann sicher sein das alles unten ist!?
oder sich überhaupt was tut...

@JC00P3R soweit mir das bekannt ist, wird das bei einem Xperia-Smartphone leider nicht klappen, da Sony keine eigene Recovery bereit stellt. Siehe:

Außerdem ist ja das Display defekt.

Ich würde empfehlen, den Akku voll zu laden, und dann eine Software-Reparatur mit der Xperia Companion zu machen.
@SMarco vielleicht könntest du etwas genauer beschreiben, was nicht funktioniert hat dabei. Hast du die Anweisungen korrekt befolgt?

Mit dem Flashtool könnte man nochmal sauber drüber flashen. Das ging zumindest damals bei meinem Z3C

Das ist wohl der beste Weg, denn dazu wird nur ein PC und die Leise Taste am Gerät benötigt.

Man muss allerdings die Wipe Haken setzen, sonst bleiben die Daten erhalten.
