Apollo Lite Zoll/Bundesnetzagentur

Ich habe mein Apollo Lite schon am 22.06 bei Aliexpress bestellt, es wurde Ende Juli dann auch endlich versandt und am Donnerstag habe ich die Mitteilung bekommen, es beim Zoll abzuholen. Im Gedanken dort die Umsatzsteuer zu entrichten und das Gerät mitzunehmen, ging gleich das Gespräch so los: Oh, Gerät aus China, da haben wir in letzter Zeit schon viele Geräte zurückgeschickt.

Jetzt soll das Apollo Lite von der Bundesnetzagentur geprüft werden, soll ca. 10-14 Tage dauern. Davon verspreche ich mir nicht besonders viel.

Ich bräuchte jetzt eigentlich eine EG Konformitätserklärung und CE, um wenn die Bundesnetzagentur negativ entscheidet, erfolgreich Widerspruch zu leisten. Normal wird das Gerät ja nach Deutschland vertrieben, also sollte es ja EU-konform sein.

Ich habe dieses Procedere mit der hier ansässigen Zollbehörde auch schon mehrfach durchexerziert.So oder ähnlich dümmlich begannen meine Gespräche mit den von uns bezahlten Staatsdienern auch immer.Es lohnt die Worte nicht darüber zu diskutieren.Wenn DIE nicht wollen hast du das Nachsehen.Falls du dich doch der Willkür entgegenstellen möchtest,kannst du dich anhand der Korrespondenz (Screenshot) mental vorbereiten.Mein Rat ist aber:Vergiss das Gerät,hol dir das Geld vom Verkäufer zurück und und kauf es woanders nocheinmal.

Meins ist auch seit gestern beim Zoll - laut Tracking... (Immerhin ist es nicht vond er Post direkt zurückgeschickt worden wie mein UMi Super, trotz desselben Versandweges von TomTop über Schweden)
Mal gucken, wie es wohl hier klappt - beim UMi Touch & Vernee Thor hatte ich keine Probleme...

Hab heute Post vom Zoll bekommen, die Bundesnetzagentur hat die Einfuhr untersagt.
Wegen: Keine CE-Kennung auf dem Produkt, fehlt EG-Konformitätserklärung bzw. dessen Fundstellen, keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung

Ich werde keinen Einspruch geltend machen, also ab mit dem Gerät zum Verkäufer und Geld zurück, mal sehen wie das klappt.

Ich werde jetzt bei Aliexpress, so etwas nicht mehr bestellen.
Hab zuletzt bei einer Bestellung Bammel, hatte Rennradteile wie Carbonlenker und Sattelstütze bestellt, Warenwert 100€, das ging aber so durch. Das sind auch so Sachen, wenn da der Zoll nachsieht und eine Prüfnorm verlangt, die natürlich nicht beiliegt.

Das Apollo Lite werde ich jetzt woanders bestellen, wahrscheinlich bei GB

Da Gearbest das ganze in Großbritannien einführt und dann zu einer Transportfirma in Hamburg dürfte das wohl sehr unwahrscheinlich sein oder ?

Kommt ganz auf die gewählte Versandart an. PostNL ist bei mir auch schon beim Zoll gelandet und wurde zurückgeschickt (MiBand)

PostNL wird aber auch nicht wirklich in der Niederlande verzollt Swedenpost genauso wenig in Schweden xD, die Sachen kommen dabei ja auch mit der normalen Post. "German Priority Mail" dagegen ja auch mit DHL bzw wie bei mir DPD

Das eine ist das es aus einem anderen EU Land kommt. Hier wird nur stichprobenartig kontrolliert. Gearbest aber fälscht bei Germany priority Mail zB. auch die Versandadresse auf eine englische. Dadurch sieht es für den deutschen Zoll aus als ob alles innerhalb der EU verschickt wurde. Somit kommt alles ohne Prüfung und Steuern durch

Ich hab in einem Forum gelesen, das ein kompetter Container von GB in Holland beim Zoll festhängt. Ware im Container sind wohl alles Bestellungen von Ende Juli.

Ich habe mein Apollo auch bei GB bestellt, Anfang August. Lieferung erfolgte über UK und dann Hamburg. Kam heute an. Dagegen das Handy-Case, welches eine Woche vorher versendet wurde, ist noch nicht da, das hängt wohl in Frankreich fest.

Mein Apollo Lite von Gearbest kam per NL Post aber nicht an. Hier Ausschnitte meines Meinungsaustauschs mit dem Gearbest Support:

1. I told you that nobody contact me about the delivery, no call, no message, no notification as well. And no one was there to deliver a package to me. Everything that I know comes from the PostNL online status, to be frank, such case is really annoying.
2. The mobile phone "Vernee Apollo Lite" in the package is become to sold directly in Germany in a few weeks. "Vernee" has a cooperation in Germany with Jiayu Europa for their support and online shopping. Because of this I don´t think that this phone is illegal in Germany.

I did nothing wrong.
The item comes from your warehouse "HK-2" where I can not order shipping with "German Express" which is the most secure shipping method for me. I had no choice as "Flat rate shipping" or "Standard shipping" (see attachment).
You provide "German Express" "FREE for orders over $ 40". Why didn't you ship this order for $229.99 with "German Express"?
No, YOU choose NLPost, a company which did provide insufficient support over "Twitter".
Every Answer for German customers is "we're only a gateway we do not have more information then this". They advise me to contact my local post organization or the sender of the parcel for more information. No information about the shipping company in Germany.
So i call DHL Express, DHL package, Hermes, German post, none of them is taking charge of this delivery with the Tracking number "RS567959362NL", they do not have any information of this parcel.
I inform you about problems in the delivery as soon as they are known to me.
I have done everything to get the shipment. My wife is at home - every single day - because of our little baby. No one has tried to deliver this package.
Get the money back from NLPost if they not appear capable to deliver the shipment. Many customers in Germany happend this with NLPost. The Twitter account and China-Shopping Forums is full of problems like mine with NLPost.

So my last words for you. Please refund me the full amount, send me a new Vernee Apollo Lite in black with shipping by "German Express" or I am I feel impelled to initiate the Buyer Protection process from Paypal.

Hab es dann bei Efox bestellt mit German Express und kam per chronopost/DPD

So, mein Apollo Lite via Gearbest ist jetzt/heute bei mir eingetroffen ohne Stress( per DPD ohne Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten, Name des Nachbarn vollkommen falsch, ich habe da mal auf Verdacht geklingelt )
Jetzt sieht der deutsche Staat noch nicht einmal seine Märchensteuer und ich hätte ja beim Zoll die ja bezahlt, aber die wollten das Gerät ja nicht in DE haben

Ebenfalls Gearbest Ich musste zum Zoll... und die 19% Einfuhrsteuer bezahlen. Versand über DHL. Der Zollbeamte kannte die Marke Vernee nicht und war etwas stutzig.

Hmm, ich hatte eine deutsche Absenderadresse drauf, gekommen ist es aber aus Hong Kong über England. Ich hatte als Versand germany priority mail gewählt, Germany Express war nicht vorhanden. Zeitgleich hatte ich bei Gearbest ein Xiaomi MiBand2 per Germany Express geordert, das kam per DHL ohne Zollvermerk, war für die Freundin. Ich hatte für mich schon ein Xiaomi MiBand2 bei Aliexpress per AliExpress Standard Shipping, da war der grüne Zollaufkleber(befreit) drauf.
