Hallo,
ich bin Android-Neuling, versiert mit PC und auch etwas weniger versiert mit Linux (Mint).

Ich habe versucht, das Saphir-Pad (RK3188) mithilfe diese Custom-Roms (RK3188: Xoro PAD 9719QR KitKat Edition | Crew RKTablets)
Oma_Xoro_PAD9719QR_KK_4.4.2_v2.3 und der dazugehörigen Software RKDevelopTool_v1.37 von Oma zu flashen.
Das Ganze unter Windows 10 Pro 32bit.
Ich habe in einem Forum gelesen, dass jemand dieses Custom-Rom auf dem Saphir Tablet zum Laufen gebracht
hat.

Das Tablet hat keinen Mux mehr gemacht. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass das Tablet keine Lautstärketasten
besitzt - nur ein Reset-Schalter, die vielen Schaltmethoden, die ich aus dem Netz erlesen habe, kann ich
leider nicht einsetzen. In der dürftigen Bedienungsanleitung ist nicht erwähnt, wie man das Tablet in den
Recovery- oder Download- oder Flashmodus schalten kann.

Habe dann etliche Möglichkeiten ausprobiert minimal adb+fastboot unter Windows 10 Pro 32bit, unter Windows XP Pro 32bit und unter Linux Mint 64bit und 32bit (ich weiß mittlerweile, dass zum Flashen nur 32bit in Frage kommt).
Am Ende hatte ich dann unter Windows XP Pro 32bit das Tablet im Gerätemanager folgendermaßen erfolgreich
installiert:

und es zeigte sich auch unter Linux mit lsusb als Geräte ID 2207:310b ohne Namenskennung.

Unter XP32bit konnte ich dann mit dem RKAndroidTool v1.37 erneut eine Verbindung herstellen,
und konnte das Custom-Rom flashen, allerdings hatte ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt die externe SD-Karte mit
dem Oma RK31 KK v2.1 Format NAND.zip wohl dummerweise nicht mehr im Tablet eingesteckt.

So und danach ging wieder nichts mehr. Tablet wird nicht mehr erkannt, weder unter XP32bit im Gerätemanager
noch unter Linux Mint Terminal mit "lsusb"
Damit bin ich jetzt mit meinem Latein wohl definitiv am Ende.

Meine Frage - hab ich das Tablet jetzt geschrottet oder kennen die Profis noch einen Trick, um es vielleicht
doch noch zu reanimieren??? Für Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar ...

So - mittlerweile bin ich ein kleines Stück weitergekommen.
Ich kann das Tablet jederzeit unter XP aktivieren und ein Custom-Rom flashen.
Allerdings habe ich noch kein passendes gefunden, mit dem das Tablet wieder
laufen lernt. Einzig - das Display wird beim Einschalten schwach grau beleuchtet,
sieht man nur im Dunkeln.

Leider ist die Firma des Tablets mittlerweile insolvent. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit
zumindest an ein passendes Stock-ROM zu kommen. Da das Tablet zuvor nicht
gerootet war, besitze ich auch keine komplette Sicherung.

Sollte also jemand zufälligerweise das entsprechende Stock-ROM haben, wäre super,
dann könnte ich zumindest den letzten funktionierende Zustand vielleicht wieder herstellen.

Was für eine CPU ist verbaut? und bist du sicher, das die ROMs die du geflashst hast, Kompatibel waren/sind !?

Nein ich bin natürlich überhaupt nicht sicher, ob die ROMs passen - Try and Error eben ...
Verbaut ist ein Rockchip 3188 QuadCore @ 1,6 GHz, für die Grafik ist ein QuadCore 533MHz ARM mali 400 MP4
zuständig.
Zum Flashen bin ich jetzt wieder auf Linux umgestiegen - mit Linux_Upgrade_Tool_v1.21.zip von Radxa Rock und
probiere da ROMs aus. Einzig in deren Anleitung heißt es "nach dem Flashen vom Netz nehmen" - und ich weiß jetzt
nicht, ob es wirklich nötig ist, den Akku temporär abzulöten.
Habe das Tablet natürlich auch schon geöffnet gehabt - ging dabei um einen Tipp aus dem Netz - zwei Punkte zu
brücken, um die USB-Funktion wiederherzustellen. Hat aber nichts gebracht. Mittlerweile weiß ich ja, wie ich
in den Downloadmodus komme.

Das Problem werden auch falsche Treiber sein, Irgendeine ROM zu flashen kann sicher zu einen Brick führen, jede Hartware nutzt doch Geräte spezifische Treiber, auch die Speicheraufteilung ist doch nicht immer gleich, ich denke du hast es gehimmelt.
Nur mit der Stockrom wirst du mit Glück ihm wieder leben ein hauchen können.
Dafür empfehle ich dir ein neues Thema zu erstellen.
Z.b. "Suche Stock ROM für Saphir-Pad SMT 9.7 QC R 3G"

Könnte damit die USB-verbindung gemeint sein ?

Noch was ich bin erst seit diesem Frühjahr mit diesem Android system vertraut habe ganz viel gelesen, habe eines verstanden ganz Wichtig ist !
Erst ein Vollständiges und Flashbares Backup Erstellen, oder 100% sicher sein das ein Stock ROM verfügbar ist.

Es gibt hier im Forum doch Themen die das behandeln,
"Bootloop, Brick und andere Gründe"

"ADB reboot recovery" in der CMD exe wird wohl nicht funktionieren, aber testen kannst du es ja mal.

vielen Dank nochmal für Deine Antwort ...
Ich habe mit das Tablet gebraucht gekauft, ganz bewußt zum "Basteln" und um Android besser kennenzulernen.
Ist also alles nicht so schlimm - ich habe bei dieser Session schon viel gelernt.
Du hast recht - das einzige was das Tablet wieder reanimieren kann ist die Stock-ROM.
Deine Idee einer Suchanfrage kam mir heute nachmittag beim Spaziergang auch - werde ich machen.
Jetzt muss ich nur noch schauen, wie man diesen Thread wieder schließt.

Schließen können nur wir Moderatoren. Aber ich würde den Thread gern für Deine weiteren Erfahrungen offen halten. Falls mal ein anderer Nutzer vor dem selben Problem steht, kann er/sie sich hier einklinken.
